Luxury and Elegance! Panoramic views of Lake

We’re sorry to hear that you felt your concerns were not addressed. However, we would like to clarify a few things. Our team responded to your concerns regarding the door lock and provided detailed instructions on how to access the property. After reviewing the lock’s complete entry history, we found multiple attempts using incorrect access codes rather than evidence of a lock malfunction. While we always strive to assist our guests and resolve any concerns, we also expect our employees to be treated with respect. Unfortunately, our staff member was subjected to insulting and inappropriate language while trying to help you. We explained that if you were unhappy with the accommodations, you were welcome to leave rather than continue a stay you were dissatisfied with. We take guest satisfaction seriously, but we also stand behind our team when they make every effort to assist guests professionally and respectfully.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are genuinely saddened that your stay did not leave you with the same positive impression that so many of our guests have shared over the years. We have been hosting at this property for more than six years and have welcomed many guests during that time. We have never previously received a complaint regarding the sound of the air-conditioning system. Of course, everyone has a different level of sensitivity to sound, and we respect that what feels normal to one person may be more noticeable to another. The air-conditioning system is fully operational. When the thermostat is set substantially lower than the current indoor temperature, the system may run continuously for a longer period while working to reach the selected temperature, which can naturally make its normal operating sound more noticeable. We were also sorry to hear that the pool availability affected your stay. When the pool at this building is temporarily unavailable, we do have access to an alternative pool option at our sister building across the lake, and we are always happy to help with information about available amenities during a guest’s stay. We care deeply about the experience of everyone who stays with us, and it truly pains us when someone leaves feeling disappointed. We take great pride in our home, our hospitality, and the many wonderful stays our guests have enjoyed over the years. We sincerely appreciate your feedback.
