Amazing stay - have stayed before at this property. Beautifully decorated, clean, convenient to town and UT campus; can easily Uber everywhere! Next to Piece Park - great walking trails. Fun house for a large group....

We highly recommend this beautiful house. It was very comfortable and close to downtown. We had a beautiful and relaxing time. Would stay there again. The host very responsive and very helpful. We totally enjoyed our stay. The interior space was super nice. Highly recommend.

We loved the whole place so much, plenty of space and the team was great at communicating! Only thing was the pull out couch in the upstairs was a really hard place for two people to sleep as it is totally in the open part of the upstairs and the bed itself was extremely uncomfortable. Overall we had a great experience though the rest of the house is perfect for a large group

My friends & family really enjoyed having my bachelor party here. Place was clean & had a ton of character, In-law unit in the back was super nice as well. Great location, Quick to downtown & about 8 mins from lake austin for a party boat adventure. Pool was great too.The location backs up to a creek and everyone got eaten alive so bring/buy bug spray!Also We had about 15 ppl & felt like it was perfect but 20 may feel tight especially of there’s only guys like my group. (Non of us wanted to triple up on a king. Lol.) Great place & perfect for large parties. Highly recommend.

Great place!

The house was perfect for a large group. It was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable to some restaurants, coffee spots and a park. Would definitely recommend!

Great house and location

We had a group of girls for a girls get away weekend and everyone raved about the house! The style was great, use of the house was great, perfect for a big group. The location is ideal for access to downtown and the main attractions. Would 10/10 recommend this property.

Football Game Stay

The house was just as listed and in a great area. Check in was super easy and any questions were answered very quickly. This house was close to the University and right next to a great park. We would definitely stay there again.
