Comfort and convenience, this unit is located in Phase 1 of the Summit (Huntington building), just steps from Eagle Lodge with a beautiful view of the mountain! Nicely furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium; sleeps up to 4 people. Enjoy a full, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, TV, WiFi, stereo, and wood stove. The master bedroom has a king bed with a TV, and the living room has a sofa sleeper and a ceiling fan. The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, tennis court, weight room, and underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9"). Located on the green shuttle route. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Would rent from here again

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunatey, we had to cancel our Mammoth Trip due to the blizzard warning in the Mammoth and Lake Tahoe area. The news advised to not travel for our own safety and we were closely monitoring the storm that week. The day before our arrival, we asked Mammoth Reservations if we could get a credit or refund, but unfortunately their cancellation policy does not allow it. They mentioned only providing credit if there were road closures, which I had told them there was and provided screenshots. Martha responded that certain parts of the road was open, but was not understanding of the hazardous road conditions and we didn't want to risk our family's safely. They only credited us a small cleaning fee and didn't care for customer's safety and only cared about themselves. Should have looked up Yelp review prior to booking, as it seems to be consistent with my review.

Super Convenient and Homey

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were thrilled with our stay. The apartment itself was spacious and clean--a covered parking garage, excellent shower/water pressure, and well-stocked kitchen amenities were appreciated. A mere 3 min walk to the charlift at Eagle Lodge made everything so easy. Only drawbacks were that the bathroom sink did not drain, one of the 3 thermostats was broken, and one of the 2 provided keys did not work. Regardless, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
