Ein großartiges, sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit persönlichem Flair- in Echt noch schöner, als auf den Fotos. Auf der überdachten Terasse hatten wir auch bei Regen erholsame Tage. Das Haus, Möbel, Geschirr etc, Bettwäsche, Handtücher waren ausgezeichnet sauber (Wir sind da sehr anspruchsvoll!) Christophe war ein aufmerksamer, aber nicht aufdringlicher Gastgeber. Selbst die Holzkohle zum Grillen stand schon bereit Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Dinge, die nicht in der Beschreibung standen: - der Pool ist aufgrund seiner Größe wirklich zum Schwimmen geeignet - ein kleiner Kamin stände für kältere Abende zur Verfügung - Netflix steht zur Verfügung - es gibt eine zusätzliche einzelne Toilette Merci, Christophe!! Très bonne expérience, maison conforme à l’annonce, très bien agencée et très bien décorée. La propreté est parfaite, et il y a tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, les salles de bains…. Son gros plus est bien évidemment ses extérieurs, soignés, agréables, avec piscine, transats,bar d’extérieur et espace salon. Propriétaires agréables, discrets et en même temps très disponible! Nous recommandons avec plaisir cet hébergement.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette villa au calme, très bien équipée, joliment décorée et surtout d’une propreté plus qu’impeccable! On s’y sent comme à la maison. Pistes cyclables à proximité appréciées par toute la famille (dès 5 ans) et grande plage du Grand Crohot accessible en voiture facilement. Piscine toujours au dessus des 29C pour les plus frileux. Nous avons séjourné durant une semaine en famille. La propriété est conforme à la description. Au calme du tumulte du bassin d’Arcachon tout en restant à proximité. La piscine avec pool housse est très agréable. Aucun vis à vis. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Pour les déplacements, prévoir les vélos au mois d’août afin de ne pas être tributaire des embouteillages potentiels vers la presqu’île de cap ferret. Merci à Christophe pour son accueil !

Das Haus von Christophe ich sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, es gibt 3 schöne Schlafzimmer mit 160 cm Betten. 2 moderne Bäder. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr schon, der Pool beheizt, es ist sehr entspannt dort den Tag zu verbringen. Das Haus ist super sauber, es ist wirklich alles da was man benötigt! Christophe ist ein sehr sympathischer und netter Vermieter! Wir können es nur empfehlen dort Urlaub zu machen!

magnifique semaine de vacances

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine de vacances dans cette belle maison, très bien aménagée avec ses pièces à vivre qui donnent sur une jolie piscine avec son coin barbecue, son coin relax, ses beaux éclairages nocturnes, etc. A notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire, qui a ensuite répondu très gentiment à toutes nos demandes au cour de la semaine. Je recommande cette location sans hésitations !

Un séjour de toute grande classe

Une toute belle propriété correspondant en tous points aux photos. Le propriétaire répond sans tarder à toutes les questions et donne des conseils avisés et précieux. La disposition des chambres est idéale, beaux espaces. Cuisine moderne, salon disposant d'une très grande TV (choix énorme de chaînes, Netflix, etc...). Belle terrasse, jolie piscine qui incite vraiment à vivre dehors. L'emplacement est parfait, à mi-chemin entre la pointe du Cap et Arcachon, très proche de Bordeaux. Les plages sont facilement accessibles, que ce soit en auto ou à vélo. Que du plaisir! Merci et peut-être à bientôt...

Relaxing cabin style luxury between forest and beach with fantastic host.

Extremely easy booking process, fantastic welcome from Christophe who made us feel instantly welcome and at home. He showed us all the features of this beautiful property which has been thoughtfully and stylishly renovated. The house is well equipped with everything you would need. The forest setting is quiet and calming. Lege-Cap-Ferret is an excellent place from which to explore the forests, beaches and towns of the Cape. We we with our 5 and 7yo so did a lot by car but for keen cyclists, a bike seems to be the way to explore this area. A really lovely holiday and a beautiful holiday home, I would recommend.

La plage côté océan n’est pas loin (en voiture ou vélo), nous y étions tôt le matin, pour éviter la foule , suivant les conseils du propriétaire (période chargée mi-août). Une maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très bien agencée où l on se sent bien de suite. Tout est là pour y passer un très bon séjour. Profitez du calme, de la piscine et de tous ses équipements.
