Très agréable maison idéalement située
Nous avons passé une très agreable semaine en famille. La propriétaire et sa fille sont très réactives , accueillantes et pleines de bons conseils pour visiter la region. La maison est très agréable et fidèle à la description qui en est donnée et aux photos. Elle est également ideale pour profiter du calme de la campagne sans être loin des attractions touristiques de la région.

Très chouette location !
Excellent séjour dans cette maison de la Ville-ès-Nonais, à la campagne. La proximité avec St Malo est idéale et en même temps, de nbses balades sont faciles au départ de la maison. Les pièces sont agréables, la déco est sympa et le contact avec la propriétaire est très bon. Merci !

Belle maison de vacances
Belle maison où nous avons passé un agréable séjour, endroit calme, bon accueil des propriétaires, les conseils de la propriétaire ont été judicieux et appréciés , nous avons été agréablement surpris par cette maison qui est très bien entretenue, elle est située à 15 mn de Saint Malo et des différents commerces.nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander cette location qui peut être aussi apprécié pour un couple avec enfants.

vaccances dans la nature
Maison typique de la région qui a été rénovée très joliment et qui disposé de tout confort nécessaire. Si vous voyagez avec 2 familles, il faut tenir compte du fait que la maison dispose d’une seule salle de bain et une toilette à part. Toutefois, nous étions 2 familles et 9 personnes mais ceci ne nous a pas posé de problème. Point de départ parfait pour de magnifiques promenades dans la nature. Grâce au bons conseils des propriétaires lors de l'arrivée, nous avons également découvert des beaux (petits) villages et plages! Le grand jardin derrière a été apprécié énormément par les enfants comme la grande chambre au grenier avec lecteur dvd et plein de jouets ! Les parents ont profité du calme et du soleil de la terrasse à l’avant ! Nous avons eu des vacances super réussies !

Une maison très agréable dans un coin à découvrir
Maison très fonctionnelle et très agréable : cuisine très bien équipée, chambres confortables, une grande chambre / salle de jeux à l'étage pour les enfants. La salle de jeux est très bien équipée de jeux de société, livres ... pour enfants de 0 à 12 ans et elle est très agréable.
Le jardin n'est pas gigantesque mais largement suffisant pour jouer avec les enfants, il est équipé d'une balançoire.
La maison est située dans un petit village de campagne, au milieu de fermes, c'est très calme. L'environnement direct permet de faire des ballades, à pied, ou des footings, dans la campagne ou en longeant la Rance qui est à deux pas.
A quelques minutes en voitures on accède à des villages très sympas et Saint Malo est très proche, il y a beaucoup d'activités de toute nature dans la région.
Enfin l'accueil des propriétaires est parfait : maison préparée, explications sur la maison et sur la région, mise en relation avec baby-sitters ...

Charme et belle situation
Jolie petite maison très bien située pour de belles promenades. Cuisine bien equipée avec le poele cela était bien agreable. Grande chambre dortoir qui a fait le bonheur de nos 6 enfants (à 2 familes !!!). De beaux souvenirs pour nous 10.

Charmante Maison de vacances
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison de vacances. Sa localisation est très centrale pour visiter la côte émeraude et la vallée de la Rance, en une semaine nous avons pu visiter St. Briac/Mer, Dinard, le Mont St. Michel, le cap Fréhel, l'île de Bréhat, St. Suliac, St. Malo, etc... De belles ballades à pieds ou à vélo sont à faire au départ même de la maison. Une ferme avec animaux jouxte la maison.
La maison a été très joliment restaurée dans un style maison de famille que nous avons bien apprécié. Idéale pour famille avec enfants, en effet, les propriétaires laissent à disposition autant de jeux d'extérieurs (trampoline, cabane en bois, badminton....) que d'activités plus calme (livres+++, jeux de sociétés, DVD...).
Il n'y a ni TV ni wifi dans la location mais pour nous cela nous a permis de lire et passer de bons moments en famille le soir.
Les propriétaires nous ont laissé toutes sortes de guides et conseils pour visiter la région et restent disponible en cas de besoin.
Location a recommandé sans aucun souci.
