Located on a quiet street in the lovely suburb of Lynmore, this holiday home almost neighbours the famous Rotorua Redwoods Forest!

This refreshing and fuss-free home is a traditional bach with bright and welcoming styling. The lounge opens out onto the sundeck to create a good breeze of fresh air in summer, and an open-plan dining and kitchen area is ideal for big family feasts together.

It comes equipped with all the essentials for a laid-back holiday, including a fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking up those delicious holiday meals.

During those colder months, toasty winter nights are made all the better with gas central heating; meaning this holiday home is well-equipped for year-round getaways.

Kids will love the spacious bunk room which also has an additional TV so they can throw on a movie at the end of the day, or take their pick of the board games!

This home is close to the beautiful Redwoods where you can hike through the woods or go mountain biking on one of the many tracks available. From here you'll be 5-minutes from the Blue Lakes and Lake Okareka and its a 10-minute trip to Lake Tarawera.

There's plenty of room to park the boat and a lockable garage for toys and bikes.

Cafes, restaurants and bakeries are just a two-minute drive away. If you're looking for some activities for the family to try out then mini-golf, escape rooms and tenpin bowling are all nearby!

Enjoy all of the activities that Rotorua has to offer, like Off-Road NZ where you can take on a 4WD mudslide, Rotorua Canopy Tours where you zip-line through the treetops, and Agroventures for those thrill-seekers. Close to Redwoods

We loved being able to walk across the road to the Redwoods. Wonderful fenced backyard for our dog and cat. Sunny and comfortable. Only negative was that the bins were already full from last tenant and it wasn't as clean as we expected.

Great location, family friendly

We were so pleased to find this well equipped house so close to the Redwood forest, with everything we needed for a fantastic family holiday. Thank you so much. It meant that we really enjoyed Rotorua - great walking, biking, hot-pools and sun to boot.

Great Location!

Close to mountain biking and walking tracks and easy access to all Rotorua has to offer. Excellent set up for two families with separate space for adults and kids. We had an awesome time!

family holiday

We were an extended family made up of 8 adults and 5 preschoolers. The room configurations worked well for nuclear family groups. House was warm, clean and well set up with everything we needed. Kitchen very well set up with plenty of crockery, cutlery and pot/pans. Property well located close to Redwoods and in a quite street.
