Lovely cosy cottage

Warrin miner's cottage was warm, welcoming and perfect for our getaway with 2 cocker spaniels. Tastefully renovated with everything you will need for a relaxing break. Situated on a very quiet street, it's only a stone's throw from Hepburn Spring's restaurants/cafes. The start of the Hepburn trail walk is just at the end of the street. Communication with Clare was great. Thank you Clare!

Fantastic stay! Clare was a fantastic host gave plenty of go to suggestions and made checking in a breeze!Upon entering the property, we were greeted with beautifully decorated outdoor furniture and beautiful jazz music playing on the tv and air conditioning was left on for us (so thoughtful, as it was a hot day).Property was splendid, clean, bedding was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked up with necessities, location was good walking distances to good restaurants in hepburn.Will be back again!comofrt

Beautiful

Beautiful accomodation close to fantastic restaurants and short walk to bathing house. Clare was fantastic to deal with. Only tiny issue is doona is very thin for hepburn winter, I realise there is a heater but I prefer not to have a heater on overnight for comfort and noise. Winter doona and it would be perfection. Highly recommend cottage.

17A church Ave Hepburn Springs

Loved the property, very relaxing, had everything we needed and a gorgeous back yard which was tranquil and relaxing. Right near the main road so very easy to get around. Definitely recommend it!

Fabulous!

The property was just fabulous and very user-friendly. The beds were super comfortable. Everything that one needs for a short stay was at the property. The location was perfect to access all the entertainment and other amenities. We had a wonderful time. The only thing which stressed me out was the gaping hole in the hedge in the front yard, which my dog discovered in an instant and escaped onto the road.

Relaxing weekend away

Lovely sized self contained cottage for a few nights away with the family including our dog. Walking distance to main road and restaurants. It was winter but the heating was excellent! Would love to come back.

Cute little cottage

The cottage is comfortable and well equipped. It was 13 degrees when we arrived at the cottage and we were freezing. There were no matches to light the fire and no instructions on how to operate the heating system. We rang Clare and she told me where the control for the heating was but when I turned it on the batteries were flat. Clare arrived within the half hour with new batteries. The place heated quickly so all was good. The only thing I would suggest would be two bedside tables with lamps in the bedrooms so both people can read in bed and of course some matches for the fire. Overall I would happily stay there again

A Perfect Little Cottage

The cottage was just delightful. It was beautifully clean and well presented. We felt so comfortable. Our two little dogs loved the outside deck and their walks along the lovely quiet street. Despite its quiet location it is so close to lovely restaurants and shops. Perfect. We loved Wariin Cottage and would return without hesitation. Clare was always available to answer any queries we had. The perfect break in a perfect little cottage.

Fabulous stay!

This was our 2nd time at the cottage, loved our stay. Pet friendly and so comfortable and our fur babies enjoyed the courtyard this time as it was beautiful weather. Great location, quiet street and Clare was a dream to deal with- we will be back! X

The cottage was just beautiful. There was every possible amenity. It was a very short walk to the Springs, and to the cafes and restaurants. Clare is a very attentive host, who provided lots of good advice. What more could you ask for?
