This property is a magnificent estate consisting of three houses, five docks slips (3 available), and an amazing lakefront deck. The main house is a spacious 4 bedroom home, with water views from most rooms..  Amenities include wifi, cable TV, use of(2) kayaks and 155′ of lake frontage. Additional amenities include a cook's kitchen with soapstone countertops and a large island. We just added a brand new master bathroom, for a total of 3 in the main house. Come enjoy the wrap-a-round porch (684 square feet) which offers breathtaking views of Sandy Bay, the Adirondacks, Long Island and Elizabeth Island.
The property includes a newly renovated cottage. The cottage has a kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms (including a large master), a pull-out couch, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 8.
There is a newly renovated lakefront boathouse with a bedroom loft, king-sized bed, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and deck over the water which can sleep 4 (A full sized futon is in the living room) .
Enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres and watch beautiful lake sunsets from our various decks and porches. In the mean time, have the kids check out the garage.
The free standing garage has been converted to a playroom for the young (and young at heart). It includes foosball, ping pong, and pool tables, as well as the requisite tv and video game player. For pickleball lovers, there are 8 brand-new courts recently built only 8 minutes from the house.
Please note that the property is built on a hillside. There are stairs from the various units to the water that can make it challenging for some elderly or frail individuals to navigate.
*** NEW for 2023!!! We have contracted with Pilot Knob Boating, LLC to dock a boat for the season in one of our 5 boat slips. The boat is a brand new Harris 26 ft luxury tri-toon, with a 250 L Mercury engine.
The boat will be available for rent exclusively by our tenants. The boat is newer, larger and more luxurious than anything at the commercial marinas, and there is no need to pick up and drop off boat when finished. The price will be quite competitive.

Great family vacation. The property is all we hoped for. When the listing said lots of steps they were not joking. Just be prepared. The property is on a huge hill which makes the views absolutely breathtaking. Having the rental boat on site made life easy and it’s much much nicer than a commercial rental at a marina for the same or better price. The family loved tubing and taking rides to the Village and Bolton Landing. The cliff jumping was a hit too. Every bedroom has its own air conditioning controls which made the heat wave bearable when not down at the dock swimming and grilling up lunch on the upper deck. Having the boat house cottage just steps from dock made things easy with a kitchen/frig/ice/blender only 10 steps away. Plenty to do to keep everyone busy from ages 1 to 61.

Wonderful location for a get together

Reunion with old friends. Perfect for us all to have our own bedrooms. Many choices for hang spots, fun games and great huge deck. Owners and host are delightful to communicate with. We will plan to come back!

We had an awesome week of great weather. There was more than enough room for our family of 13 adults and 2 babies and every house was fully equipped in the kitchens. The lake is so clean and beautiful and the set up of the docks is perfect. The sunsets were amazing. Deb was so helpful and very quick to respond to us when we needed something. Would return next year.

Had a wonderful time on this family vacation. The house was clean and in a great location! Debby, the property manager, was so helpful with any questions we had. The views were unreal and there was plenty of space for a big family! Would highly recommend and would love to come back.

Wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic time and couldn’t have asked for a better property for a large group on Lake George! The boat rental at the property was seem less and allowed us to explore the lake every day, the location of the property was perfect, and the kitchen (especially the main house) were well stocked for cooking for a larger group. Everyone in our family had a wonderful time!

Beautiful setting with amazing sunsets.

This property has plenty of space and access to many fun activities on the lake and off. Being able to use the kayaks and slip for our boat during the day and enjoying the game room at night made for a fun stay. Thank you for opening up your home to us.

Ideal location!

We had a family reunion of 18 people, and it was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone, especially for the teenagers. Very comfortable. Loved having the boat for the week as we explored the lake. Highly recommend this listing for any large groups.

Wonderful Property

Everything about this home is great! Well stocked, beautiful views, and location on the lake is great. Having the boat rental there is a huge plus because of how convenient it is. Owner and property manager were extremely helpful. Lots of stairs/hills but that was well communicated ahead of time.

Great family place!

We had a lovely time on the lake. Weather was perfect, water was clean and the view was picturesque. Loved the big porch over the boat dock. Wish we had had more time to rent a boat to really enjoy the lake…maybe next time! There are a lot of stairs-would not recommend for anyone with knee problems or the like.

Plenty of room for a large family

Location was perfect for our large family. Owner, Richard, was very accommodating and greatly appreciated. We were able to spread out adequately. Kids loved the game room. Responsiveness was immediate from Debby for any questions. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great area and property

The house is excellent! great layout for groups that do not need to be together all the time. The main house has an open layout so your group can gather, but many separate areas to find quiet time. The outdoor furniture in particular stood out to our group. It is all the same, and very high-end.
