The property is in an excellent location, walking distance to the beach. Apartment is well equipped and well maintained.
Only issue is that aircon is only on the living room so the room can be a bit hot at night.
Apart from that it is really good property

Disappointing
This pictures on the listing do not show this apartment is badly in need of a renovation or refurbish : the bathrooms and kitchen are from the 70s or 80s, including the furnishings. Everything was old and a bit shabby and very poorly appointed: hardly any dishwashing liquid or even toilet paper - everything felt cheap and old and furnished at Vinnies. Price or pictures do not reflect that honestly.
