Sit and enjoy the ocean views from your patio, all three bedrooms, or from your private negative-edge jacuzzi. There are two spacious terraces totaling 1900 sq. ft. One faces El Arco, 'Land’s End' in the distance, and has amazing views of the sapphire-blue Sea of Cortez with an outdoor kitchen and multiple seating/lounging areas. The other offers a herb garden and views of Cabos San Lucas and the distant mountains in the background.

Located directly on Medano Beach, within walking distance to the marina in Cabo, this 3 Bedroom/5 Bath,  5,600 sq.ft. penthouse enjoys the following: Master king suite with sitting area, steam shower, jacuzzi tub, bidet, and double sinks. Bedroom #2 with two king beds and a three-piece en-suite. Bedroom #3 with 1 king bed, queen sofa-bed, and en-suite with shower and double sinks.

Our trip was amazing and this condo and the resort were perfect. Brian was very quick to respond to any questions about the reservations and condo, and Eduardo was so nice and quick to respond to all our questions once we got to the resort. We paid the extra $120 for the meal plan, and were very happy we did. All the food at the resort was very good. We will definately be back in the future. Thank you!

Great Spring Break

Condo was in a great location and the pictures don’t accurately show how amazing this place really is. The host, Eduardo, was absolutely the best and helped us with transportation, recommendations, just very kind and accommodating! The actual hotel has very strict rules about noise so so be aware of this if your hoping to have a group. Quiet hours are from 10pm on.

We had a fabulous week from pickup to drop off and all in between. Great restaurant recommendations ...incredible greeting of chips and guac and margaritas when we arrived...great transportation and suggestions made the week easy and stress free. Condo is gorgeous and very clean. View is amazing! This is our 3rd trip to Cabo and will be back! (We would have liked the fire pit to have worked outside because it was quite chilly. ) Thanks for a wonderful week!

This penthouse unit was everything promised. An absolutely gorgeous view, very spacious, and very well appointed. We were also treated very well by the unit’s Concierge, Eduardo. He picked us up to and from airport and also to/from golf courses. He helped with recommendations as well. A great asset. The daily maid service was also appreciated. Concierge Eduardo was fantastic. The property is beautiful and safe. Staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. Pool bartender was the perfect example of this as he went out of our way to make our family feel welcome.

Amazing penthouse

The penthouse was beautiful and spacious,. The view was spectacular, it was nice to wake up to and beautiful in the evening also. Eduardo greeted us at the airport, had margaritas and appetizers for us when we arrived at the condo, picked up are groceries before hand and answered any questions we had durning our stay. We were only a short 7 minute cab ride to town/marina. Everything was fantastic.

Amazing Property - Family Memories Forever!

The penthouse is amazing with absolutely breathtaking views. My wife and I took our teenage daughter and four of her friends. The penthouse concierge Eduardo was absolutely fantastic, from arranging ground transportation to and from the airport, stocking the pantry and refrigerator with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Upon arriving hungry from traveling all day, he had chips, salsa, guacamole, roll tacos and margaritas waiting for us! The penthouse is absolutely beautiful and well laid out, with everything you need. We all enjoyed the jacuzzi, fire pit and comfortable seating outside with those breathtaking views. We highly recommend this penthouse and hope to return soon!

Best way to turn 50!

Villa 2801 was incredible! We were a party of 6 adults who had more than enough room to spread out. Eduardo is so fantastic and helpful, he made our vacation easy. He was always responsive to questions and accommodating to our requests. The views from this Villa were beautiful and having access to a hot tub later in the evening was wonderful! Everything was perfect, nothing we would change. Thank you for a memorable vacation, we highly recommend this Villa!

We purchased a 2 bedroom 2200 sq ft sub penthouse in 2013 (vrbo 486085, check out our reviews!) and this year we had the chance to purchase a 3 bedroom 5600 sq ft penthouse with friends. We have traveled all over Mexico, and have stayed in many different resorts in Cabo, but Villa La estancia takes the cake. We fell in love with the resort, The resort staff (now our Mexican family) the security and the amazing location, which is walking distance to town and on Medano beach, one of the only swimmable beaches in Cabo.
