It's very large and comfy, sleeps 12 and is more suited to families/friends with kids and big groups.
It's right in the middle of town, close to the city centre, major attractions, stadiums, parks, arts & culture

*PLEASE NOTE rooms are charged as 2 guests so when booking rooms please allow for 2 guests regardless if singles wish to occupy a room to themselves.*

There are 5 bedrooms in total
Room 0ne, queen-size bed with ensuite,
Room two, queen-size bed with dressing table/desk,
Room three, 2 x king single-size beds,
Room four, 1 x king single size bed with trundle and 1 x single size bunk,
Room five, 1 x king single-size bed and 1 x single-size bed,

all rooms have heating/cooling facilities and built-in wardrobes, some with dressing tables/desks and all beds have an electric blanket.

from the street level, the house is single story with rooms 1,2 and 3,
the dining/living room, kitchen, main bathroom and lounge room.
down a set of stairs under the rear of the house are rooms 4 and 5, the second bathroom and laundry leading to the back patio and BBQ.

Minimin bookings include rooms 1,2 and 3 (6 Guests) and you can add up to an extra 6 guests in rooms 4 and 5 for an additional $70 per bed/night.

large kitchen with a table and everything you need for entertaining or putting together a meal for your family and friends,
