Blairgowrie Beauty Luxury by the Beach
Only minutes from the beach, this newly built five-bedroom luxury resort style home comes with loads of entertainment, including a mini-golf green, basketball court, in-ground trampoline, and swimming pool. Enjoy spacious and light-filled rooms, stylish decor, comfy beds, quality furniture, and only an 850m walk to bayside beaches.
In keeping with Mornington Peninsula Shire local laws, this is a strictly quiet-enjoyment property. Gatherings beyond the registered guest numbers, noise disturbances, and any behaviour affecting neighbourhood amenity will not be tolerated. Guests found to be in breach of local laws will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund. We reserve the right to cancel any booking that we feel does not comply. Please ensure you read the notes at the end of this description outlining our processes regarding the above.
The Space - Elegant five-bedroom home. This newly built and beautifully designed family home is surrounded by immaculately landscaped gardens within high fences for privacy, an in-ground trampoline, a half-court for basketball, and even a mini-golf green! The backyard is stylishly planned with alfresco undercover dining to seat eight on the back porch, just beyond to the right is a suspended fire-drum and BBQ, and to the left is the in-ground solar-heated swimming pool.
Living Areas - Inside the house, the fun continues with two living spaces, both with large screen TVs, and an abundance of toys in the family room. Alongside the kitchen, the main living area is open plan with a generous dining table that seats ten people, and a cute children's table with bench seats (and a highchair), luxurious leather couches, a gas log fireplace, and central heating.
Kitchen - The kitchen has an expansive island with seating for breakfast or to entertain while cooking dinner on the Bosch induction cooktop. A butler's pantry neatly squares away the fridge, toaster, and microwave, leaving more than enough bench space in the kitchen.
Bedrooms - As you enter through the front door, the master bedroom to the right is spacious with a queen bed and a gorgeously designed ensuite with bath, shower, and double-basin. Bedroom two also has a queen bed and an ensuite with a shower and double-basin. There is another queen bed in bedroom three, which has access to the main bathroom with a bath and shower. There are two more rooms, both with king-single bunk beds.
Bathroom - Next to the laundry with a washing machine is the main toilet with a hand basin.
There is a double-car garage available for guest use.
The Pool is Solar Heated, and although this is effective in the warmer months of mid-November to March, there is no real heating effect from approximately April to October, as it relies on the longer, warmer days for the solar system to heat effectively.
No Schoolies, Events, excessive noise or Party style bookings. The Mornington Peninsula Shire has very strict Laws governing Holiday Rental properties, particularly around noise levels. This property is located in an area where quiet enjoyment of surrounding properties is highly valued, and there is a strict NO Noise policy outside of the hours 8.00 am to 9.00 pm, seven days a week. In the event of Security being called out, the attendance fee and Mornington Shire fines will be charged to guests. The house is fitted with noise monitoring devices. Excessive noise levels will trigger an alert, resulting in security being contacted and dispatched to the property. Please consider these requirements carefully before booking your stay. If you book and disregard the above, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or require all guests to vacate the premises immediately, with no refund of any monies paid. In the event of security being called to attend the property, all attendance fees, together with any fines or penalties imposed by the Mornington Peninsula Shire, will be charged directly to the guest responsible for the booking.

Couldn't recommend this place more!! Kids of all ages and adults. House was clean and amenities all provided. We had such a great time and can't wait to do it again. Plenty for the kids to do in a safe and clean environment.

Brilliant holiday home, literally a kid paradise with all the outdoor activities for the older kids and toys for our toddler! Short drive to the beach/ Portsea pub/ Sorrento. Highly recommend
