One of the best properties that we have stayed in - beautiful view and very close to the shops. We had a good time, and we appreciate a collection of board games that were available for our group to borrow. One problem we had was to do with the house alarm. We weren't aware that the house was alarmed and no instruction on how to disarm the alarm was provided to us in the check-in instruction.

We appreciate you letting us know about the alarm issue, which was accidentally left activated, and have ensured to manage this better for future guests. We hope to welcome you back for another great stay. Reputation & Resolutions Coordinators.
