Escape to Hale Terra, a modern surf shack nestled in the heart of Princeville. This luxurious, beautifully furnished, 2-story Nihilani townhome offers a tranquil retreat just steps from the pool and BBQ area.

Our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome features hardwood floors, a spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV, and dedicated workspaces for remote work. Enjoy indoor-outdoor living with three lanais—two off the private bedrooms and one off the living room, perfect for balmy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast island, and dining space for six to eight guests.

The upstairs primary bedroom features a king bed, sitting area, large flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with two twin beds (convertible to a king)—provide ample sleeping space. An open area with a daybed offers additional lounging or sleeping options. High-speed internet ensures you can stay connected and stream your favorite services. Central air conditioning, a 2-car garage, and a high-density washer/dryer add to your comfort and convenience.

We ❤️Kaua’i

The house was perfect for our family! We love the north shore of Kaua’i and this place was a sweet spot to launch all our adventures and so relaxing to return to at end of the day. We had four adultish children with us and had plenty of space for all of us. The master bedroom with lanai was a great escape for my husband and I. 🙏

It is a beautiful property and everything was perfect. The house was big and we (4adults and 2 teenagers) were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a rice cooker, which we used almost everyday. As others mentioned, the garage has lots of beach toys and necessities. They were very handy and made our daily beach visits easy and fun. We’d definitely come back. Thanks!

Overall, it was a very nice place to stay while in Kauai!! Loved the access to everything and the place was lovely. Please have the drainage checked in the master suite shower. It is not draining well and should be fixed for your next guests. Thanks!!!!

Kauai is magical and this place was just perfect for our family of 5! Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, amazing outdoor areas, and the garage full of everything we needed was a huge plus (especially when traveling from the east coast)! Thank you for a wonderful week in paradise!

Perfect fit for family

The house is as advertised, but let me focus on the perks for a family as we went with a 7, 5, and 3 year old. The garage is stocked with beach toys, little life vests and boogie boards, the neighborhood pool is even nicer than the photos suggest and only a short walk, there’s a public playground with a great climbing tree about a 15-minute walk away, and peaceful protected beaches at Hanalei and Anini are a short drive. Note that there’s no easy beach access on foot unless you hike down to Sea Lodge Beach (worth it, but not easy). This house was perfect for our family. And yours!

Perfect Vacation home

We loved coming home to this property after our adventures! I have never slept so well. The beds were sooo comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the extra toys in the garage. We had everything we needed. We hope we can return in the future!

Most amazing place we have stayed in Kauai

My description of this home won’t do it justice just like photos don’t do Kauai justice. This place was fantastic. I have to mention the app they have for this home. It makes check in so easy and answers so many questions about the place and location. It feels like home and has so many amenities like you’re at home. The area it’s located is great. The pool and grilling area is fantastic. It’s such a quiet neighborhood. The only thing you hear are the birds being happy. It’s a great home but the amenities really make it. It has so many things. Boogie boards, chairs, coolers, bikes, etc. I couldn’t rate this place any higher. A +++

Super comfortable and thoughtfully stocked!

I rented this townhome in Princeville with 4 of my friends and we absolutely loved our stay. The house had everything we could have asked for: bicycles, beach towels, cooler, fully stocked kitchen, games, citronella candles on the lanai, and a garage to easily park our rental SUV. We did a ton of activities on the south shore/near Lihue, and although it’s a drive, it was nice to come home to such a clean and comfortable house. We used the community jacuzzi and pool a few times, which were never too crowded, but we always met new people there. The community is peaceful and has some of the nicest landscaping in the area. Its definitely manicured but it makes for lovely walks around the golf course/neighborhood. And despite the planned community feel, you’re still on Kauai with little light pollution so the stars are bright and beautiful at night and lovely to watch from the patio set outside the living room. The one thing I would say is that you should definitely plan meals ahead of time/plan to eat early. There are plenty of delicious dining options in Princeville and Hanalei but most places close at 9 and delivery isn’t really a thing in the area.

Great location in Princeville. Nicely decorated and clean two story condo with community hot tub and pool area. The kitchen was very well stocked. The garage had everything you need for the beach; boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and cooler. Nice to have A/C.

Beautiful home

This was a great location, especially for accessing gems like Hideaway Beach and Queen's Bath. Amenities in garage made the week even better. This included bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. The house was well stocked with kitchen necessities, bath and beach towels. Management was quick to respond to any questions I had.
