This 2-bedroom oceanfront condo in the highly sought-after Golden Sands offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy a wide range of building amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a children’s pool, tennis, shuffleboard, paddle ball, volleyball, an exercise room, game room, convenience store, and gift shop. The condo features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 Smart TVs, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and central A/C. Parking is available for 1 car. This is a non-smoking unit. The building requires a non-refundable registration fee upon arrival, year-round. Off-season weekends available. Occupancy is 4. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.
