Great place!

Definitely a great place to stay in Red River Gorge! Beautiful, clean cabin with a truly fantastic screened in porch and firepit area. The only drawback were the bunk bed rooms which were limited on space. Everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful new, modern property in wooded area. Had beautiful snow that made the setting magical.

Great property. Enjoyed family time. Property manager was easy to reach with just a few questions. Did experience sewer smell in lower floor at times. Otherwise, great weekend.

Turkey day stay

Honeysuckle Bridge cabin is the nicest rental we have stayed in. The unit was clean, and nicely appointed. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace and large windows. We saw red headed woodpeckers and deer on property. The kitchen was well equipped, the sheets and blankets were soft, and the beds were comfortable. The temperature was mild which made it possible to enjoy the screened porch and fire pit area. We would recommend the unit and really have nothing negative to say.

Cabin was great & online pictures were accurate.

Cabin and location were wonderful. Extremely close to trails, zip line, and cave kayaking. Not sure I would advertise fishing in the pond...... the pond was small and surrounded by trees and very hard to fish around. Property management company was unreasonable and charged us over $150 to clean hot tub after 2 days of minimal use. Seems like the type of management company to nickel and dime guests anytime something needs to be fixed. Bottom line..... I would recommend cabin but be prepared for poor management.

Long Labor Day Weekend

We picked this cabin to meet up with our college friends and their children. With Covid we wanted to meet up but not be in a place with a lot of people. The property was as advertised and looked exactly like the pictures. We had a bit of an issue our first night but the group who manages the cabin was quick to respond and the issue was resolved after our first night. One thing to keep in mind with small children is the bunkbed rooms and the bathroom downstairs are on sliding doors. They may need adjusted or a stopper placed in front of them if you would like to keep those doors open as over time the balance of the sliding doors has shifted. The kids loved those rooms. The hottub appeared to have not been used in awhile before we used it and had a bit of an odor, we were still able to use the hot tub just in short stretches. This is a great cabin and we were very pleased with staying here. The natural arch and trail on the site made for a quick little hike for the adults. The location for the trails and other activities near Red River Gorge makes this a neat location as well. We had a nice time and it was exactly what we were looking for as a place to get away yet still have comforts the kids could enjoy.

Lovely cabin with some maintenance issues

Pros: nice space, screened in porch, nice bonfire area, close to Natural Bridge, family friendly with older kids, nice hike near the house to another arch, fairly well stocked kitchen, good AC, reasonable checkout listCons: water & maintenance issues in the cabin- water leak from ceiling light into one of the baths downstairs & black mold in the other downstairs bath around the ceiling light. Hot tub not super clean- lots of sand/debris in the bottom. One of the bathroom doors has a hole in it and is taped up with blue tape. Additionally the sliding glass shower door in the basement is not hung right and you can barely shut the door without feeling like it might break.I did notify the property management immediately of the leak in the basement- I got a confirmed response the next morning. They asked no questions about the leak (how bad was it, was it still leaking, etc) and just said they'd put it on their maintenance list. Overall the maintenance issues did not significantly impact our stay. We still had a nice time and enjoyed the space.

Peace & Quiet

This location was perfect for a long weekend. We enjoyed our stay and how spacious the cabin was. The bathrooms are on the small side, but the windows and outdoor areas made up for it. We will be back again.

Family get together

Wonderful time at Honeysuckle Bridge! Beautiful house and well laid out! I was surprised at the quality of kitchen and furnishings! Three groups of family together and while the house is roomy and very nice, we all gravitated to the screened on porch for meals and evening game nights! Highly recommend 😊

Hiking Trip for Family

The property is really beautiful. The location is private and scenic. The house is decorated well and comfortable for multiple couples. We were traveling with and infant, and the property was well suited for all of us. Our only issues had to do with the cleanliness of some of the areas of the house. We found several issues, but the worst were the showers. We think that with some better housekeeping, the home would have been perfect and we hope that the issues are addressed for future guests.

Another great stay

This is the second time our jeep group has rented this cabin. We come down for a weekend of 4 wheeling on the DBBB. It’s close to the trails, well maintained and a gray place to gather and eat after a day on the trails.

Amazing Cabin

We had a blast staying at this amazing cabin! Nice, open living room and kitchen area for people to mingle and hang out. We loved the fire pit as well. Great location as well, close to the few restaurants that are in the gorge and not far from great hiking. Thanks for an awesome stay!
