Place was really great, exactly as described and have all the essentials you need for kitchen, bathrooms, etc. super easy access to beaver creek village area and shops. Walking there was 3 minutes and access to ski lifts and gondola within minutes. Has everything you need in the surrounding area. Easy to get down the hill to Avon and do any grocery shopping or other things you need. We loved it and will be staying here again next time we come up to the area!

The unit we booked wasn’t available 2 weeks before our arrival and we were moved to upstairs unit. It’s a dump!! Very dated, very unclean. If we had had an ability to leave for another accommodation anywhere else, we would have. We have no idea what the original unit (this listing) is like as it was under repair.

This stay took place in a different upstairs unit after the originally booked home became unavailable, so the comments do not describe the property shown in this listing. We’re sorry the alternative accommodations did not meet expectations and appreciate the feedback.

Amazing spot!

Stayed here in December and it was perfect! Super close walk into the village for skiing, meals, and shopping. Also had a ski locker that made it super easy to store equipment - plus, the huge hot tub was a must after a day of skiing! Can’t recommend enough, had a great stay with amazing hosts!

Perfect Family Location

We have been coming to BC for a couple of years but had never stayed in Townsend Place. It is a perfect spot for the family to ski in&out and would definitely be back. The unit was spacious and well appointed and definitely well priced for BC. We had many great nights in the jacuzzi and enjoying dinner by the fireplace. We also had great views of the fireworks on New Years. A wonderful time on a great mountain.
