Nestled within a ski-in/ski-out resort and surrounded by the gorgeous aspens of Beaver Creek, this lovely home is right next to the village where you'll find lots of fine dining, shopping, and family-friendly activities to take advantage of. With a bright and open interior, a wood-burning fireplace, and access to a shared outdoor hot tub, this home will be the centerpiece of your stay in Beaver Creek Resort. Spend an afternoon on the mountain, come home to warm up with a soak in the shared hot tub, then snuggle up on the suite's comfy sofa to enjoy the space and stylish decor of the suite's living area. You'll love the main bedroom featuring a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and balcony access, especially when you stretch out on the bed to enjoy a favorite novel. The full kitchen has all the appliances, cookware, and counter space you'll need to get creative with tonight's home-cooked meal, and the dining table has enough seating for up to six guests. You'll even have a dishwasher to make short work of those dirty dishes! Summer visitors will have a blast cooking up some freshly-caught fish with the private grill. Very nice place

Excellent place for a small group. Clean and convenient to the village and the lifts. My only suggestion is that clearer instructions be given for how to ski to the lifts from the condo, and how to ski from the mountain to it. It really is ski-in/ski-out, but it's a bit hard to find the path without directions.

Truly extraordinary home immersed in the snowy forest halfway up the mountain. Private and luxurious. Incredible views. Excellent ski in ski out access. Very helpful and attentive managers. Perfection.

Pretty great

Location and facilities are awesome! Would definitely stay here again. My only issue concerned cleanliness in the bathroom and with the coffee pot, all easily correctable. Don’t let that put you off. It is pretty great!!!

Big!

A lot of these places look big online and then are small in person. Quite the opposite here. We had five people and were pretty comfortable. Great access to the hill with a 10 minute walk. You can ski right to the hot tub at 4pm.

Needs a refresh

The location is great. Toilets and king bed were in good shape, but all carpets were not in good shape, as well as chairs in living room. The sofa bed cover was stained and the linens for it looked like rags. There were curtains missing where we had to hang a sheet in (already in place) nails. This property needs some serious TLC. The property manager arranged sheets and pillows that improved our stay a little.

Devil is in the details…Could have been much better.

Property could be amazing with some TLC… white cloth chairs were stained badly, floors were soiled, windows wouldn’t work (open). My wife wouldn't even sit in the chairs. Also, there was a stain on the sheets in the master bedroom. Overall was subpar considering the investment.

Not well represented or clean

The unit does not have the bunk beds as listed. It has a trundle that makes walking around in the bedroom difficult, and a small fold out cot in the closet. The unit was not as clean as it should be. The chairs were stained. some cooking pots had food still on it. The washer had a moldlike substance with a strong smell. The location was great, and if the listing were changed and cleaning done, it would be an amazing unit.

Very nice

We always enjoy Townsend Place. The location is great, and the room layout works really well for the two of us. This specific condo is furnished nicely, and had everything we wanted during our stay. One word of caution: The advertised twin beds are just fold-up cots, and you would have to move furniture to make a space for them at night. Luckily, we didn't need them. We would definitely stay here again.
