Wonderful!

This is a wonderful place! Easy walk into central Cannes but instead of crowds you have a lovely town and lots of nice people, a beautiful light apartment and endless gentle hills. The apartment is excellent. The property manager is THE BEST, as are the owners. I would love to just stay forever!!

Pleasant stay

The Apartment is situated in a gated community with beautiful gardens, pool and a fantastic patio. We felt very safe there and the location is about a 50 minute walk to the sea and the main strip. We felt it necessary to have a car unless you are happy to take the bus. We highly recommend Pierre’s condo and he was always available for any needs and info you may need.

Lovely stay in a great part of France

Lovely family property, decorated tastefully with a gorgeous patio area, with great bathroom facilities and a well equipped kitchen. Excellent air con, a bbq, smart TV and internet so a great family pic. After some confusion on the first day due to incorrect telephone number being given, the hosts and apartment manager Denys, was very helpful and communicative - including arranging a fix to the internet when we had an outage. Whilst we relied on Google translate due to my non-existent French, Denys gave us a great intro and welcome. Only downside was the rather draconian pool rules as many of the other residents are elderly but this is common in France apparently. No toys, snorkels, balls, floats, jumping etc. but my youngest coped. Local bakery is between owners (August 2025) but highly recommend the slightly further walk to mimis where the cakes are to die for. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay in a well maintained property in a great location.

We have spent 2 weeks in the spacy, beautiful appartement and honestly I have no idea which could be more perfect : the appartment has a very high standard, was well equipped, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The garage was large enough for our 5 meter van and very easy to access. The appartment complex is very calm, there is a boulangerie next door and a bus stop which takes you to central Cannes every 10 min. Also not to forget is the clean and large pool. The handover was done by Mrs. Hoestland which is a very sympathic and polite lady. Communication with the host Pierre was also perfect ... so absolutely no reason not to come back.

Ein liebevoll eingerichtete Penthouse mit allem was man zum wohlfühlen benötigt. Ruhig in einer wunderschönen Wohnanlage gelegen bietet der zentrale Pool die nötige Erfrischung. Feine Backwaren und schöne Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Und mit der hauseigenen Tiefgarage hat auch das Auto einen geschützten Schattenplatz. Dank Glasfaser ist auch ein Homeoffice problemlos möglich. Traumhaft. Vielen Dank.

Hervorragend - das trifft es!Diese Unterkunft überzeugt in allen Kategorien. Unerheblich, ob es um die Präzision der Beschreibung, die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit oder die Lage geht, alles ist perfekt stimmig.Hell, modern, Balkone/Terrasse in allen drei sonnigen Himmelsrichtungen - eine grüne Oase nur zum Wohlfühlen. Praktisch: Aufzug aus der Tiefgarage mit privatem Stellplatz bis vor die Wohnung, zwei Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Wohnanlage, Pharmacie und gute Bäckerei in 3 Gehminuten zu erreichen, Empfang mit Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung durch Denys sehr freundlich und genau zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt. Kontakt zu Denys und den Gastgebern immer möglich, sehr freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Unser Sohn und wir werden wiederkommen.

Contrairement à l'annonce ce logement est sans piscine avant le 15 mai ( date d'ouverture décidée par le syndic mais non dit par le propriétaire malgré notre demande écrite auparavant ) Propreté sanitaire salle de bain et cuisine médiocre. Ecole primaire à 100 mètres bruyante ainsi que la rue très fréquentée. Côté jardin calme. Belle terrasse mais dommage de ne pas pouvoir en profiter après 21heures car les voisins se plaignent du bruit

Merveilleuses terrasses

Terrasses à l’est, sud et ouest…Dure la vie! Sis dans un quartier calme et dans un joli aménagement paysager, le gîte nous a ravi. Tout près de la Croisette, on a pu profiter des très nombreux restaurants. Et puis, il y a Menton, Monaco, Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat, Nice, Saint-Laurent du Var, Mougins qui sauront peut-être vous faire oublier les terrasses…

Wunderschöne Auszeit

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Highlight ist natürlich der Außenbereich der wundervoll eingerichtet ist und keine Wünsche offen lässt. Auch die Anlage in der die Wohnung liegt ist schön und ruhig. An dem Pool, an dem ausdrücklich steht dass sich ruhig verhalten werden soll, kann man sehr schön ausspannen und die Zeit genießen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt. Zur leckeren und freundlichen boulangerie sind es nur wenige Minute. Was ich und meine Tochter besonders schön fand, der Weg zur boulangerie durch den Park der Wohnanlage :) Wir selbst haben in die Stadt und zum Strandbad das Auto genommen, allerdings fährt direkt vor dem Haus auch ein Bus, was eine entsprechende Parkplatzsuche in der Stadt erspart und den Ausflug noch entspannter machen kann.

Deux belles semaines dans un bel appartement avec belle terrasse

Nous venons de passer 2 magnifiques semaines. Dans un quartier au calme et loin de l'agitation de Cannes, la résidence est superbe (avec piscine et splendide jardin) et est bien desservie par une des lignes principales de bus de Cannes, qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Cannes et La Croisette en 20 minutes (vu la circulation dans Cannes et les difficultés de se garer à cette période, c'est très rentable). Les commerces essentiels (excellente boucherie, excellente pâtisserie , boulangerie, épicerie, pharmacie ) sont disponibles au Cannet et accessibles facilement (en 3 minutes en bus, boulangerie et pharmacie à 5 minutes à pied). L'appartement est très confortable, fonctionnel et surtout très lumineux, entouré de terrasses et de balcons ( nous avons vécu dehors tout le long de notre séjour notamment sur la superbe terrasse) et il dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire y compris le barbecue, élément essentiel de l'été. Bien que n'ayant pas directement rencontrés les propriétaires, nous avons été accueillis par des gens charmants et eu de nombreux contacts téléphoniques très amicaux et chaleureux avec le propriétaire qui s'assurait que notre arrivée puis au moment du départ, notre séjour s'étaient bien passés. Bref, un séjour reposant et à refaire, en tout cas à recommander. Même nos ados ont été conquis. Un grand merci à Pierre.

schönes Appartement mit traumhafter Terrasse

Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt in diesem schönen Appartement mit einer traumhaften Terrasse. Wir sind herzlich begrüßt und sehr nett verabschiedet worden. Es war sehr professionell. Leider war der Pool geschlossen und wir hatten uns sehr darauf gefreut. Der Fußweg zum Hafen beträgt schon 30 Minuten aber es fährt auch ein Bus. Wer es ruhig liebt ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Dear Pierre, Thank you so much for having us! We had wondeful time off and enjoyed your faboulous penthouse. Especially the terrace was awesome! Everything in your Apartment looks great and we felt like home from the first day. The Residence is beautyful and the pool great for relaxing. Hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung mit Stil

Man merkt, dass der Eigentümer die Wohnung selbst nutzt: Die Möbel und die Ausstattung (insbesondere der Küche mit allen möglichen sinnvollen Utensilien) ist sehr hochwertig. Daneben ist er wohl ein Kunstsammler, eine Vielzahl von Bildern und Skulpturen stehen/hängen sowohl im Innen- als auch im Aussenbereich . Die große Terrasse ist sehr ruhig und privat , man hat seine Ruhe und ist für sich. Der zweiflammige Weber-Gasgrill war super zum Fisch- und Steakgrillen! Der Bäcker ist tatsächlich nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt und auch die Lokale in Le Cannet sind in knapp 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen . Easy ist auch der Weg Downtown nach Cannes. Der 1er Bus hält direkt vor dem Haus. Wir haben festgestellt, dass man mit dem Bus schneller in Cannes war als mit dem Auto. Ein großes Auto würde ich auch wegen der Enge des Stellplatzes in der Tiefgarage nicht empfehlen. Fazit: eine tolle, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in sehr guter Lage (auch für Ausflüge z.B. nach Nizza , Antibes, Gorges du Verdon, Fondation Maeght)

Alles war super, eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Die Terrasse ein Hammer, wir haben noch nie eine so riesige und liebevoll eingerichtete Terrasse erlebt. Kleiner Ratschlag: gehen Sie zum Essen nicht nach Cannes, sondern in den Ortskern von Le Cannet-15 min zu Fuß. Dort gibt es mehrere sehr gute Restaurants.
