A fabulous totally remodeled and decorated west/east side unit 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath elevated two level duplex home. New tile floors throughout with kitchen with new appliances. This condo will accommodate 12. A tropical yard setting with a nice seating area, with a Fire Pit Area.

A private sundeck for each unit to enjoy your sunrise morning coffee. Two car garage under building for each unit and a downstairs sitting area with grill and firepit. This spacious duplex is located just 1 block to the bay, which offers a kayak launch, playground and basketball court.

Satisfied and enjoyed our time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay at the rental. Couple things that I would consider repairing in Rental B. 1) Shower Head leaks at the hose connection2) Washer and Dryer combo unit was very slow. 3 hours to complete a small load.3) Fish smell in fridge and freezer was horrible. Ice was always stinky. I would prohibit people from putting bait in the fridge. 4) Little sewer smell of back deck and side yard could use a little love.Just letting ya know.....Thanks againRoger
