Walkable to the beating heart of the famed Guarajuba Beach area lives the Casa Pomar. Five bedrooms, each with complete bath & AC, makes this beach home perfect for families, large groups and travelers looking for the local vibe and enjoy the best beaches of the Litoral Norte. The crescendo to the story is the large outdoor area, with garden, tropical fruit trees, complete with pool and brick churrasqueira for a true Brazilian barbecue experience

There are two houses on the property and the pool is located between the two. The houses are situated on a fenced property within a gated community.

The houses

The houses are divided by a pool and large deck area and surrounded by gardens and tropical fruit trees. The patio is the perfect spot for relaxing in a hammock and the brick churrasqueira (traditional Brazilian barbecue) is just the right thing for cooking up some delicious food to enjoy by the waterfall-fed pool. The pool is bi-level with depths appropriate both children and adults. We've conveniently placed an outdoor shower to the side of the pool.

The first house is a beautiful two bedroom home (each with complete bath & AC) with a complete kitchen, living room, guest bathroom and a maid's quarters (with fan) that can be used as an extra room.

The second house has three bedrooms with complete bathrooms and AC. One room has a double bed, the other room is equipped with two single beds and one room has two single bed and a hide-away single bed. This home has a complete kitchen.
