A casa é muito espaçosa, bem dividida e muito aconchegante para uma grande família ou um grupo de amigos. Está também bem localizada e num local seguro.

AVALIAÇÃO DE ESTADIA DO IMÓVEL.
Imóvel em ótima localização, próximo a área de lazer do condominio, ideal tanto para quem quer se divertir como para quem quer descansar. em òtima conservação, com um mesanino espetacular, boa piscina, bons quartos no 1º andar (4). Dois quartos não muito confortáveis um no térreo e um no mesanino. Alguns poucos ajustes precisam ser efetuados no imóvel, mas nada que comprometa a prazerosa estadia.

Eu e minha família alugamos essa casa para passarmos o Natal de 2012 e foi tudo maravilhoso.
O dono da casa, Sr. Júlio, é muito simpático e atencioso. A casa é muito bem equipada, confortável e muito agradável.
Foi 100% aprovada. Indico a todos que desejem passar dias de lazer e diversão na companhia de amigos e familiares.

Adriana e família passaram o Natal em Guarajuba e trataram a casa como se fossem os proprietários cuidado de tudo com muito zelo. A negociação transcorreu com tranquilidade e cumpriram todo o contrato.

Minha programação de férias em Guarajuba com a família foi excelente, procurei diversos imóveis mas o que contou muitos pontos para a decisão final foi o atendimento recebido pelo proprietário e também seu imóvel, recomendo sem restrições. Uma casa deliciosa com muito espaço, bem arejada, próxima a portaria e também da praia.
Recomendo de olhos fechados.
