House with pool and barbecue, very well located, fully furnished, with large green area and tropical garden, in gated community with 24h security, less than 100m from the beach, to the best beach in the north coast of Bahia, known as Polynesian Bahia. The beach is beautiful very extensive, used practically only by the condominium owners, has natural pools and is also very good for surfing!
The house is situated in the quietest part of paradise condo, near the Costa Smeralda.
The house is set in 2 lots, with a large lawned garden around the house, with palm trees and coconut trees (with a wonderful coconut water), has kiosk with barbecue, swimming pool, rainforest, outdoor leisure areas that communicate with the room. The house is all avarandada, living room wide, very comfortable, airy (cross ventilation) has wooden frames that allow the full opening of the spans, with movable shutters, to get the best out of the garden and the landscape. It has dining table in the living room and also 2 tables outside the living room, in front of the pool and the barbecue. The maintenance of the pool is daily, made by the homemade (price included). The kitchen is fully equipped, 6 burner stove, family refrigerator, freezer, microwave and all kitchen and eating utensils. It has its own service area, wide, with table and chairs and with suite for desk or for guests' use (the only one that does not have air conditioning). The 4 bedrooms are air conditioned, split type. To support the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms has the same bathroom also complete with shower and tempered glass doors. The house also has 2 beds for baby. To communicate to the rooms, it has a large balcony with hammocks, in a fantastic living area with sea view. The condo has tennis courts, lawn soccer fields, volleyball and basketball field, children's playgrounds scattered throughout the condo for the joy of children.
Method of payment: 50% in the reserve and rest at the beginning of the lease, with deposit, also can be agreed the installment payment throughout the year up to the lease.
