This apartment has a reverse cycle air-conditioner in the living room, with ceiling fans and all modern amenities including an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. The 3 bedrooms feature top quality beds and all new bedding that sleep 6-7 people. There is a single lock up garage in the basement carpark.

Great location but few maintenance issues

Great location and space.Issues with air con as soon as arrived which was not ideal considering the heat and made aware it had not been cleaned in quite some time, and also having one in the bedroom out of order.Wifi set up but not available for guest use was a little disappointing.Dryer in laundry also unable to use due to door broken/not closing.
