This house is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only their service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

Beautiful and spacious 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom house with an office with all new furniture within a 5-minute walk to Mackle Park and Library. The Master Bedroom suite has a King bed. The Master Bathroom has a separate tub and shower. Access to the pool area from the master bedroom. The large living room is beautiful comfortable furniture and access to the office for your working vacations. Two of the Guest Bedrooms have a Queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. 4 Smart TV's with access to xfinity tv on each one. Large Pool and pool area with lots of sun throughout the day as it faces west. Lanai has plenty of comfortable furniture and a BBQ. Fenced in Side Yard.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

If you are bringing a small dog a $250 non refundable pet fee will be added. If a dog is found in the house and rental agency was not informed its grounds for immediate eviction from the house.

Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.

Problem after problem at this house

It was awful. House is old and not well taken care of. Air Condition had to be serviced 4 times in one week. Not enough hot water for 3 showers a day. Freezer didn’t work. Ice and ice cream was liquid. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else.

Amazing 2023 Marco Island Vacation

We could not be more happy with this house. The house is even better in person then in the photos. Fit our family needs to a T. Beautiful pool, extremely clean and had all the amenities that any family would want.

Great house!

This was a perfect house for our family. House was very well kept with everything you will need. We cooked, used the bikes, went to the beach with towels and chairs provided. House has plenty of everything, including an impressive amount of towels! Pool gets tons of sun but you can find shade in the covered areas as needed. You can tell the owners care. It was perfect. Two complaints- they say in the rental agreement that they only leave enough toilet paper, soap etc to get you through one day and they aren’t kidding. We unfortunately tossed our trash bag in barrel half full as it was being picked up the next morning only to find there were no replacement trash bags. So we had an entire evening with no trash bags. In addition, the trash in kitchen is a specialty bin so we did not end up using it. The constant texts about trash pick up are annoying as are the signs all over the house about the noise ordinance.

Lovely Home.

We enjoyed this property. The home was well equipped with all that was needed. It was refreshing to have more than enough of towels, linens and kitchen equipment. We would rent this one again for sure.
