House was clean, loved having a bathroom for every bedroom. Pictures were very accurate! The issues were more from household items standpoint. the house sleeps 8-10 but there were only plates/silverware/glasses/mugs for 8 at most. We had to buy plastic silverware. The cleaning/manager service left 1 trash bag for the whole house. There were 6 bikes, only 2 worked. The cleaning service for the pool arrived 30 minutes after check in, was there for an hour and we were not allowed to get in the pool for 3 more hours. The beach towels were basically paper thin and ripped - they were very old. Last the Property manager did not respond to two of my questions regarding bikes and pool cleaning person arriving after our check in. The house is for sale, I guess they do not want to add anything new- but you need to have what you say utensils,plates, bikes, towels, etc.

Multi-Family Spring Break Vacation

We loved the home. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and we were able to adjust the temperatures for the kids we had with us. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom which is a huge plus. The house was stocked well with towels and bedding. The garage had several beach chairs that we used multiple times along with wagons to pull our stuff to the beach. The location was also great, within a quick drive to the beaches, restaurants, shopping. There is a great park within walking distance.

Size of the home was perfect. Great pool. For the most part the home was clean and accommodating. The home contact was very communicative and responds well. We had a few hiccups, we had to fill the pool as it was half a foot below the tile, so it wasn't flowing well. Not enough towels. The living room rug smelled of urine, so we had to put the rug in the hall closet. Toaster did not work. Will definitely rebook.
