This modern Scandinavian house was is one of 24 single family homes in the North End Park Community managed by Vesper Resorts! The house boasts 10 foot ceilings and upgraded countertops, cabinetry,
appliances, & furnishings. It's central location and close proximity to I-85 makes it perfect for vacationers & business travelers alike. Just 10 minutes to Center City and 5 minutes to the NoDa Arts District. Plus the house is adjacent to the 73 acre Sugaw Creek Park!

Large open concept downstairs living, kitchen, dining area, and entertainment area (1000 square feet) with a master suite and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Vintage Sports decor throughout and a pool table for fun. Perfect space for entertaining!

- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- We live a few houses down so we are available, if needed!
- We maintain a safe & pleasant neighborhood with onsite security.

Great house not so nice area

Property as advertised. House was good size and clean. Convient to Carowinds and downtown Charlotte.Only negative was neighborhood. Police helicopters flying overhead multiple nights.

Great place to stay in Charlotte

This was a really nice place and enjoyed our time there. We were playing a lot of disc golf in Charlotte and it worked well to be across from a local disc golf park which gave us easy access. The home was really nice and comfortable.
