Just 10 minutes to Center City and 5 minutes to the great restaurants, bars, and entertainment in the NoDa Arts District. The house is adjacent to 73 acre Sugaw Creek Park!

- We live a few houses down so we are available, if needed!

Spring break Birthday Getaway

Never received door code had to message host twice. When we finally entered the kitchen was dirty. Counter and table top was sticky. Stove wasnt clean and a huge unfinished patch in wall. In the quad bunk bedroom it was mold in shower. Trash and other item was under bed and behind TV stands. Two of the beds were made up with peed up sheets and couldnt turn on the fan. The hall bathroom with the only tub didn't have hot water and had hair in it. The single queen bedrooms had trash and cigarette butts under the bed. Then in the master the bed screws where loose where I felt the bed was going to fall apart everytime I rolled over in the bed. The dress was missing the bottom of the drawers. The fan only worked when the light was on. There was no mop or and thing to clean the floor. The front room furniture was loaded with crumbs and the big window in the living room with no cover is literally a fish bowl for the next house as they could see everything we did in the living room from the top of there steps, and we could see everything the neighbor on the other side did from the top of our steps. The powder room toilet paper holder was completely missing. On our last night there we actually heard gun shoots close by. The place was not clean. I literally had to go by 60 dollars worth of cleaning items and spend my first hour of my stay cleaning before I could let my small kids in and get everthing un packed and settled. OVERALL WORST VRBO EXPERIENCE!

Perfect Home for our family get together

We had 10 people and our dog stay in this very well maintained and clean home. It was perfect for our stay with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Across the street at the park and behind the house we were able to play 5v5 football and soccer games. The neighbors were welcomining as well. We made Sunday dinner and the kitchen was well stocked with pots,pans and dishes. After dinner we all gathered in the living room to watch the Cowboys beat the Panthers. Great home and very convenient to downtown and Carowinds.
