This modern Scandinavian house boasts 10 foot ceilings and upgraded countertops, cabinetry, appliances, & furnishings. It's central location and close proximity to I-85 makes it perfect for vacationers & business travelers alike. Just 10 minutes to Center City and 5 minutes to the great restaurants, bars, and entertainment in the NoDa Arts District. Plus the house is adjacent to the 73 acre Sugaw Creek Park!

Spacious open floor plan downstairs! Smart TVs in main family rooms and 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The home has two master suites - one the first floor and one on the second floor - plus two guest bedrooms and a full guest bathroom upstairs!

- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- We live a few houses down so we are available, if needed!
- We maintain a safe & pleasant neighborhood with onsite security.
- Our home can only accommodate the number of guests shown in the listing details, no additional guests permitted.

This property made our stay memorable. The photos are accurate and the house is stunning. The host responds within minutes. If you’re traveling to Charlotte this is definitely the place to choose.

Great house in a sketchy neighborhood
The house itself was exactly what we needed. Lots of room for our group to live in for our 10 day stay. Beds were comfortable and the couches were also comfy. The 1 couch looked to be an electric recliner but there was no way to plug it in. Door handles on bathroom doors were falling off, so we tightened them up. Could have used a towel rack in the master bathroom where it looked like one used to be. Definitely wouldn’t walk around this neighborhood at night! 1 block away there was some very sketchy activity at the 7-11, Wendy’s and the Shell gas station. The Host was very helpful when we had questions and responded to everything very quickly.

Concert vacay
Quick trip with my friends for the Beyoncé concert! Check in was flawless. Received address 2 days before check in and code for door the night before. Home was clean and and decorated nicely. Will probably use this property or one of the near by ones if I’m ever in the area again.

House was clean, neat and organized. An issue with the door latch was taken care of promptly and safely. House was perfect for weekend visit with our adult kids and their partners; queen/king beds, kitchen table big enough for all to sit together, and nice, large TV for gaming. Charlotte is a terrific place for a vacation.

The houses was really nice we rented two , but the neighborhood was sketchy at best ,the street nice and clean but the neighborhood wasn’t , we heard ppl alllllll night long at the gas stations till morning . Played loud music and allot of arguing and allot of emergency service’s vehicles. They provided us with grills , and propane tank once it was emptied .
