This modern Scandinavian house is one of 24 single family homes in the North End Park Community managed by Vesper Resorts! The house boasts 10 foot ceilings and upgraded countertops, cabinetry, appliances, & furnishings. It's central location and close proximity to I-85 makes it perfect for vacationers & business travelers alike. Just 10 minutes to Center City and 5 minutes to the NoDa Arts District. Plus the house is adjacent to the 73 acre Sugaw Creek Park!

Tropical vibe interior with an open floor plan downstairs. Smart TVs in main family room and 3 of the bedrooms. The home has a master suite on the first floor and a master suite upstairs also with 2 additional bedrooms!

- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- We live a few houses down so we are available, if needed!
- We maintain a safe & pleasant neighborhood with onsite security.
- Our home can only accommodate the number of guests shown in the listing details, no additional guests permitted.

We are located direct across from the 73 acre Sugaw Creek Park! Just walk across the street to enjoy outdoor basketball, tennis & volleyball courts, disc-golf course, and nature trails!

Clean unit and easy to work with

We stayed at this unit for a short trip to the Charlotte area. The unit is easy to get to and somewhat central to a lot of popular places in the area. Unit was clean and well taken care of.

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very modern and spacious. My only complaint is the beds. All of the beds were super uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and hard. I would suggest bringing your own pillows and comfy blankets. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Garth Brooks concert with family and friends

Clean with plenty of space. Everything thing we needed for our weekend getaway. A short ride to Bank of America Stadium and other attractions.
