This modern Scandinavian house is one of 24 single family homes in the North End Park Community managed by Vesper Resorts! The house boasts 10 foot ceilings and upgraded countertops, cabinetry, appliances, & furnishings. It's central location and close proximity to I-85 makes it perfect for vacationers & business travelers alike. Just 10 minutes to Center City and 5 minutes to the NoDa Arts District. Plus the house is adjacent to the 73 acre Sugaw Creek Park!

This home has James Bond inspired decor with an open floor plan downstairs. Smart TVs in main family room and 3 of the bedrooms. The home has a master suite on the first floor and a master suite upstairs also with 2 additional bedrooms!

- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- We live a few houses down so we are available, if needed!
- We maintain a safe & pleasant neighborhood with onsite security.

Great location, Perfect for Disc Golfers

It's handy having convenient access (two lights away) to an interstate, but the coolest thing about this property was the public (and relatively easy) disc golf course right across the lane from our driveway. Will definitely be back!

The house is great. As advertised.

It would be hard to describe the neighborhood positively. Really rough main street that the house is off of. Overall, just a really weird setting. The house is great and very convenient to all of Charlotte by car. Not a real comfortable area to be out walking around. Did not dig it.
