Plenty of parking with access to street and rear driveway parking. The property is well maintained, clean, and professionally landscaped.

Weekend competition

My family and I used the property for a quick weekend trip for a local competition. The property is very close to the Charlotte area. We found plenty to do during our short stay. Our event was at the Cabarrus Arena & Event Center which wae an easy 25 minute drive. Would recommend to anyine looking f9r a clean and spacious rental

Great place

Had a quick family trip to CLT. Easy to get to, easy to get access and was everything as advertised. Clean and updated. Great layout for big or small group and clean and safe neighborhood. Great communication as well and no complaints will rent again
