Very unique, there are two townhouses on this property and they share a fantastic pool area covered with attractive brick pavers. There is plenty of room in the backyard oasis for lounging in the sun or for a cookout on the grill. Upgraded features throughout the entire property.

The first floor has a large entry foyer that doubles as a bonus living room and offers beautiful hardwood floors, crown molding and a natural gas fireplace. A spacious dining area and an upgraded kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter-tops, and a large center island w/ bar stools for an additional entertaining area. There is also a front porch off of the foyer and a side deck off of the great room, plenty of outdoor living space. Also a first floor bedroom with a Murphy bed (queen size)

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Tenants will need to bring toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

Great location, grill, pool and lots of space for our 12 family members. We rent bikes for the week from Bradley's and that allows us to bike anytime we want. Enjoy!

This was a much better accomadation and plan to return next year. Accomodations are exactly as described and home is beautiful.We do most of our own preparation for meals and the kitchen had all necessary equipement.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had three generations together at this shore house and it was great. The pool was a beautiful bonus, especially for the little ones. The location is great, just a few blocks to the beach.Our little ones liked Brandon's Pancake House, just a block away, and such wonderful people who own it. We loved Carini's, Duffers,Primos, Brittons, and Fish Factory. We thought the house was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds all seemed new, and were very comfortable.Loved the ceiling fans in each bedroom. It was very clean when we arrived, and we appreciated the sheets and bath towels being provided, as we traveled from Illinois to Wildwood Crest. The Powers Group kept us well informed through the whole rental process, and gave us timely updates when needed. We would love to rent this place again, and hopefully come back in a couple of years.

The rental came with bed linens and towels (laundered and provided in clean linen bags) and handling of the trash/recycles on the days they were to be put outside.The beds were comfortable and the kitchen worked out for us (we are a family of cooks). The living room sofas are beginning to show their usage, but we've seen this often in rentals.The pool was a big hit for my grandchildren and they had a tough time saying goodbye to that! Now they want one at home - haha.Overall, we will most likely rent this unit again because the unit provides what we need for our family and one thing I enjoyed was our contact Ralph who was very attentive and caring before, during and after our vacation - thank you Ralph!
