2 Story Holiday Rental to Relax or Plan those Fishing Trips. Sleeps up to 8 people with two bathrooms. Upstairs has Two Bedrooms (2 xQB), Bathroom, Toilet, Open Living Space with Kitchen, Lounge and Dining. Plasma TV, Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning. Leading from the open plan living is a huge undercover balcony with Sea Views, an 8 Seat Outdoor Entertaining Table.
Downstairs consists of Open Plan Living with 2 x DB, 2 x SBs. Separate Bathroom & Toilet. Also includes Pool Table, LCD TV, Lounge, Fridge, Split System Air Conditioning and Kitchenette. Downstairs leads out to an Undercover Entertaining Area with BBQ provided. Shed Retreat has TV, Table Tennis, Dart Board & Fish Cleaning Facilities.
Backyard has a Firepit to enjoy in cooler months.

Balgowan is known for its great fishing and secluded beaches. Off street parking for your boat and wash down area or you book in with the local fishing charters. This is a very affordable holiday rental and a great location on the Yorke Peninsula.

We had a great stay at this holiday house near the beach. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the shore, and the place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The hosts were friendly and responsive. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Lovely shack in a peaceful town with breathtaking sunsets. Perfect for our family stay, plenty to keep the teens busy and had comfy beds. There were a few parties happening around us but we couldn't hear a thing inside. Seamless check in/out with great communication from our host.

Great stay in a family friendly house!

We had an excellent Easter in Balgowan at the house. It is really well kitted out with everything you need. Very comfortable and a terrific deck out the front. Our boys loved the pool and table tennis tables in particular. We will definitely stay again!

Such a comfortable and generously equipped beach house!! Balgowan is a lovely quiet spot with wonderful beaches and importantly, a coffee kiosk!! Loved our stay. The kitchen is very well set up and the shady balcony is a great extra room!!

This property is so versatile for a quiet beach getaway for a couple or two relaxing on the deck which overlooks the water. Or a family escape with pool table and table tennis tables to entertain the kids. Also great accommodation if you are going on the Balgowan Fishing Charter as it's only a short walk to the boat ramp and beaches.

What makes this property unique

Balgowan offers great exploring options with the beach - either drive on the cliff side beach or walk on the southern side which provides a pontoon to swim out to in summer. Balgowan is well known for great fishing spots. There is walking tracks along the red cliff top.
