Substantial Beach House that can accommodate a variety of guest configurations, from families, multiple couples/groups and corporate guests.
The Beach House features exclusive use, so any guests who book the Beach House know the Apartment won't be booked by an unrelated group and they have the option to add the Apartment to their booking, or prior via the BEACH HOUSE_Whangamata (MAX) Listing HANZ 9760676.
Three bedrooms over the two upper floors.
BEDDING ARRANGEMENT Beach House • 1x Queen bed in the main bedroom (top floor) • 1x Queen bed in the east bedroom (first floor) • 1x Queen bed in the west bedroom (first floor) • 1x Single trundler bed (first floor lounge) • 1x Single trundler pull out bed (first floor lounge)
LINEN All linen is provided and the beds are made prior to your arrival. Bath towels are provided in either the bedroom wardrobe, bathroom cupboards or cane baskets. There are plenty of blankets and pillows. Please bring your own beach towels.
WASHING MACHINE There is a front loader washing machine in the Apartment bathroom and a clothes line to the west. Will&Able laundry powder or liquid is provided in the Apartment bathroom on the ground floor.
PARKING Parking is on the driveway and on the lawn to the east (street side) for the Beach House, and for the Apartment, is the full depth to the north of the unit, which can be used for your vehicles or boat parking. Note: The garage is not included with this booking currently.
ACCESS The Beach House has a digital lock on the main entry door.
SECURITY CAMERA To the left of the garage door is a smart security camera door bell to assist guests with any access issues and for security purposes. Within the garage is a security camera to monitor this excluded area.
Wi-Fi Wi-Fi Ultra Fast Fibre is provided.
SMART TELEVISION The 75” Smart television in the Beach House lounge and the 40” Smart television in the Apartment are connected to the internet via the Wi Fi. You’re welcome to log in to your own Netflix and other apps using the television remotes. The 32” Computer monitor in the main bedroom can be used as an additional television, when connected to a laptop via the HDMI cable, or as a Work from Home remote computer screen.
WASHING MACHINE There is a front loader washing machine in the Apartment bathroom and a clothes line to the west. Willandable laundry powder or liquid is provided in the Apartment bathroom on the ground floor.
BBQ & COOKING There is a gas BBQ on the first-floor deck of the Beach House. Gas supplied The Beach House has a full sized kitchen, with gas hob / double oven and a large fridge freezer with water and an ice machine. The Apartment kitchenette including a ZIP frypan, sandwich press, on bench induction cooktop and as well as other cooking utensils.
CLEANING There are plenty of cleaners under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom cupboards, which includes additional linen, towels, blue bags, an iron, clothes baskets, etc. Toilet rolls are located in the vanities of each bathroom. We use Willandable.co.nz cleaners where possible. There is a central vacuum system with connection by the fridge and in the hallways. Just plug in the hose and the switch is on the handle to turn it on.
Additional cleaning and a turn down service is available on request.
Exclusive use is provided with all BEACH HOUSE_Whangamatā (HOUSE) bookings, so the Apartment won't be booked by guests not linked to your booking.

The beach house and apartment was perfect for our family holiday. Lots of space and very well appointed. Great location so close to the water, playground and shops. The host was great to deal with. Would recommend this home to others looking for a great place to stay in Whangamatā.

The property had lovely views but you had to sit on old broken down chairs outside. I think updating should be a priority.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful spacious home. The multi level home was great for our family with teenagers as we had loads of room to spread out. The master bedroom has its own level up top, which is great as parents retreat. Loved the new bath and beach Sheridan towels. Balcony is perfect for breakfast and BBQ dinners. Short walk to surf beach and estuary. Will be back for sure.

We loved everything about our stay. The house had a great lay-out with a private top floor, stunning views from the decks and great social space. The kids loved the luxury cinema style set-up for winding down after a full day on the beautiful beach. Brad, the owner, was very friendly and generous with extra treats and a welcome gift. The towels and linen were of great quality and beds were comfy. Cooking was easy with the Weber BBQ. The only improvement to suggest would be better outdoor furniture. Would love to come back!
