This beach retreat is tucked away on the quietest street in Gulf Place, more formally addressed as Henry Court. These multi level units are surrounded by natural beauty and tranquility and are so close to the beach!! This upscale, yet casual home comfortably sleeps 6 to 8 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a screened patio off the living room, a balcony off the Primary bedroom, and 2 designated parking spaces.
This spacious two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome with sleeping loft. Just repainted with warm coastal colors and updated with new lighting, furnishings and accessories, this townhome offers a spacious open plan. The tiled main area offers a sunny kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances, cherry wood kitchen cabinets and large breakfast bar that opens to a generous dining area and great room with double French doors leading to an outside screened in porch. The second floor has 2 Primary suites with king beds. The third floor is a loft with twin daybed with trundle. All bedrooms are equipped with smart T.V's

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
No pets allowed
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
