Large Point Lonsdale House close to Beach
This spacious property is just 200m from the beautiful Springs beach and just a ten minute stroll along the front beach to the Point Lonsdale shops. The house has four generous bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, open plan living, kitchen and dining area that opens onto a BBQ entertaining area.
The Space
Upstairs has two bedrooms with queen beds and a third with a double bed. Bedroom 4 is located downstairs and has a single over double bunk and a single over single bunk with a trundle underneath. A fifth room downstairs serving as a rumpus room, and a large backyard mean there’s plenty of space for the kids to play. The kitchen/living/dining area is upstairs and has split system air conditioning and a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, Pod coffee machine and a quality Ilve oven. Foxtel and Netflix are also available on the TV.
A great space in a great location enabling large families or groups of friends to enjoy all Point Lonsdale has to offer!
