Located almost in the shadows of Point Lonsdale's famous lighthouse, this recently refreshed family holiday house provides the ideal location for a family escape. Once there, park your car and put the keys away for the week - you can walk to all of Point Lonsdale's attractions in minutes. Just 200 metres to the front beach and shops, 200 metres to the pier and lighthouse, and only a 200m walk to the Surf Club and Ocean Beach. There are kids playgrounds available at the main street and also the Tennis club nearby.

A generous yard at the rear is perfect for kids to play in when the day at the beach is done, or for your dog to stretch its legs. Choose to relax around the huge fire pit (firewood supplied) or chill out on the enormous sun-drenched deck!

This is a property which best suits one or two family groups with young children, and is also pet friendly.

On the inside the house features two Queen bedrooms, and a bunk room which sleeps 6 in three bunks - two of which are King Singles.

IMPORTANT - BYO LINEN
Please note that all rentals are made without linen supply - towels, sheets, pillowslips and doona-covers are to be brought by renters. The beds all have mattress protectors, doonas and pillows provided.

A dining table inside seats up to 10, and the living area has a large flat screen TV, with access to all streaming services.

Huge outdoor dining also seats 10 on the deck.

This is a quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by permanent residents.
No parties are to be held in this house - failure to abide by this rule will lead to the following actions (at the owner's discretion):
~ additional cleaning charges being deducted from the Refundable Damage Deposit (RDD)
~ early termination of the rental agreement
~ forfeiture of the Refundable Damage Deposit in part or whole (Security Bond)
