A well-appointed kitchen offers all you need, including a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and is part of the main living/dining space.

Outside, there is a covered area with an outdoor setting for 6 and BBQ, which is surrounded by a pretty courtyard garden.

Having the golf club at an easy walking distance and the ocean beach not much further, you really do have access to so much from the doorstep of this property.

Disappointing to say the least

We arrived to find leaves all over the outdoor area, out door furniture covered in bird poo and needed to walk through a maze of cobwebs from carport to front door. The property looked beautiful from the pictures however it is unloved and uncared for. The cleaners have lacked going into detail, water left in a vase, stunk, property smelt old and musty from the time of entry. A bread basket in the cupboard had mould on it and left a stain on the shelf. Expired capers from 2021 in the fridge, water bottles in the fridge with rubber lids mouldy. Fly screens not attached properly to windows, cobwebs in every room including covering washing line. Beds comfortable and in nice quiet area, however there was no mention of very steep drive wave which we could not walk up due to back issues and one the guests having a broken arm.

Great house, lovely quiet place, nice outside space when weather good, heating and cooling excellent, wireless great, everything good quality - couches too soft for my partner's back, but otherwise couldn't be better. Very accessible for beach and point Lonsdale shops, short walk to both.
