Welcome to paradise in this beautiful home with a massive pool and a perfectly situated hot tub on 10 acres of private fenced property. This 5* property is better than the pictures can show!

Enjoy vistas for miles over both lake Okanagan and Skaha Lake. Watch the sunset from your patio while sitting fireside or by the pool.

Modern open plan 5 bedrooms; 3.5 bathrooms with large rec room area downstairs for the kids to play. The kitchen has a Thermadore Fridge with an ice maker and gas range with a prep kitchen tucked behind with all essentials needed. Nespresso coffee maker, drip coffee maker, and all appliances included for your getaway. BBQ directly outside the kitchen door for easy use. All cutlery, appliances, and dinnerware with enough for your family. Outdoor dishes are also included. All exceptional quality linens with luxury towels and separate pool towels are included.

This private property is the perfect place for your family getaway that has it all. 10-minute drive to Penticton for essentials. Fully paved driveway and parking area. (The garage is not for use unless specifically requested).

Hot tub is open year around and for those not familiar with the area, the pool is not open in winter months (October - May).

Unbeatable view

Lovely house that is a mini resort nestled on top of the mountain, overlooking Penticton and the lakes. The pool and deck are spectacular and a great way to spend the evening in the hot tub under the stars. House was very well equipped the only thing we found was that soap dispensers in the wash rooms were quite low and we did not find any refill soap. However this was a minor thing to an otherwise top notch place to stay. We were a family of 10 and had more than enough room. Highly recommend if you are looking for a very relaxing and private luxury home.

Awesome property!

Our family had an incredible experience. It is an excellent property with a lot of room to roam around. It is very private. Bedrooms were all a good size. The pool and hot tub are a highlight, you can't beat the view from the pool. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. We were so happy with the house that we didn't want to leave!

Beautiful home and view

We had the best stay. The home was beautiful, the pool and hot tub were perfect and the view was amazing. The home was very clean and well kept. We will be back next year!

House on the mountain

House was well outfitted and came as advertised. Pool & patio area is exceptional and views from property were all outstanding. It handled our group of 10 ok.
