Treasure your time together within this charming Key West cottage tucked away on this peaceful and vibrant lane in the iconic Old Town district. As you step inside a lifetime of memories are created as your loved ones come together for a unique and blissful getaway.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

DETAILS & AMENITIES…
Showcasing a nautical lifestyle with modern amenities, this retreat allows you to truly live in the present. Enjoy a front porch boasting island views at every corner as you wave hello to friendly neighbors passing by. Within the home you will find an updated and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Enjoy bar seating for 3 or take your treats outside and dine al fresco in the welcoming breeze. The adjacent living area is complete with cozy furnishings and a flat screen TV for movie nights.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
Find a king bedroom with a flat screen TV located at the front of the home which can also be accessed from the front porch. Steps away is another guestroom outfitted with a queen bed and a flat screen TV. A full bathroom with a glass shower resides just outside both guestrooms.

OUTDOOR LIVING…
Indulge in island time within this lush and vibrant outdoor setting beckoning you in for more. Unwind with a good book on the plush outdoor furniture and stroll around by foot in this peaceful neighborhood.

PARKING...
This home allows parking for one vehicle.

PETS...
Pets up to 30 pounds are considered and a pet fee is required. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments/Special Requests.

MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
Mid-stay clean
Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable)
Pet fee (if applicable)

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

Anniversary Month

Beautiful Home and property. The neighbors that are permanent residents were all very nice people. Love Key West, we come to Old Town every year for the month of October. The property manager was very nice and accommodating. Thanks for a great place!!!!

Secret Gem!

This cottage was amazing. My husband and I stayed here for a month. The pictures online look exactly the same in person. We usually stay on Duval but like this location way better. You can get to everything by riding a bike which we did or a scooter, love having a space to park our Jeep as well. The property manager Shana was amazing she even brought our fur baby a toy. So I would highly recommend this house to everyone!

Better Than Advertised

Sometimes rental properties do not live up to their listing photos. This home was the opposite. Everything was well prepared, clean, and comfortable. The couch, beds, and chairs felt new & high quality. The back porch area was cozy & private. Our host communicated quickly and accurately with us. Thank you!

Spectacular, pristine, updated Conch Cottage!

My husband & I spent the month of November 2021. The house is immaculate (including the outside grill). Tastefully decorated with very comfortable furniture. Fabulous outside space, covered deck and patio. Great Location! Best of both world. Close enough to walk to great restaurants, bars, museums (and St. Mary’s); AND quiet. Located on a small lane and surrounded by lush greenery and friendly neighbors. Looking forward to coming back.

Great location, quiet lane, near Duval and all of the fun, but still far enough to give you a relaxing quiet evening if you want it. The house itself has two great bedrooms, a nice kitchen, and an outdoor area that is awesome and private. We loved our stay here and we have already reserved it again!

A wonderful house

We loved this house!! Everything about it was perfect. I spent most of my time on the covered deck with comfy chairs to be able to sit and do my computer work in the morning. Afternoons I spent painting at the table on the patio surrounded by lush vegetation. The living area was spacious with great seating for watching TV. The master bedroom was spacious enough for my husband to set up a desk and work! Shana was our manager and we can't say enough about how great she was at answering our questions and making sure our stay was perfect. We have stayed in a few different places in our 25+ years of wintering in Key West and this one is by far the best. We are excited and looking forward to being back in December.

Wonderful Cottage and Neighborhood

- My husband and I stayed at Positive Vibes with our dog in May. It was blissful paradise! - Professional responsive management. Any requests were handled efficiently and quickly. We primarily dealt with Shana - thank you! -The cottage was clean/pristine with beautiful tropical decorations. It is exactly as pictured. Very well kept! We had a parking space in the front that accommodated our truck. - Back yard was a private paradise to enjoy coffee in the morning and beverages in the evening. Neighbors extremely friendly. - Location is perfect! We were close enough to walk/bike throughout Key West and yet far enough to have quiet and peaceful evenings. - Definitely recommend!

Wonderful and Cozy Cottage

Reviewer Comments: Positive Vibes is tucked away on a delightful, narrow lane in a central location that makes most locations in Old Town and the White Street Gallery District easily walkable. (There is parking out front, and I kept my car there unused for almost all of our two-month stay.)The cottage has two comfortable bedrooms. One is at the front of the house, with a door opening up to the front porch. There is a side entrance that can easily be used as the front door/main entrance instead. The back and sides of the house are fenced and gated, and the back yard features a covered patio with seating and a dining table protected by an umbrella. The back yard has a beautiful garden with ginger and other plants, making it a pleasant place to relax.The washer and dryer are indoors in the hallway by the main/side entrance. The kitchen has bar seating and is next to the living room.As always, our property manager, Shana, was incredibly helpful and immediately responsive to any questions or concerns.My family loves this neighborhood and tries to stay here at least once a year. The house is comfy and was suited for our needs (My husband and me with our small dog and cat, and with a brief visit by our son and his friend. We would definitely rent it again.
