Just a few minutes walk to the beach, and restaurants and shopping nearby. Open living, dining and fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertop, spacious bedrooms and a sun room with seating and work station, 2 open sundecks and one covered porch all with outdoor seating and more. 3 to 4 step entrance, Smart TV's, WIFI, Central Heat & Air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Master bedroom with private full bath, fenced yard, outside shower and gas grill (propane tank not provided). 2023 Family Vacation at OKI, Lime in the Coconut

Our Oak Island family vacation at Lime in the Coconut was outstanding! We arrived to a clean and well decorated front porch which provided comfortable seating with a view of the marsh. The fully remodeled home was clean, inviting and cutely decorated. The eat-in kitchen was nicely designed with an opened concept and had all the essentials that were important to my family, especially the Keurig Coffee maker. The Sunroom allowed our group to spread out and relax while looking into the back yard and back deck. The dogs enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The bedrooms were very inviting and cozy. With only a few blocks walk to the beach, we elected to rent a golf-cart which helped us tote our beach gear back and forth each day. We had an amazing time at Lime in the Coconut and look forward to many more trips to OKI.
