Matt was super responsive the times I had to reach out with any questions. We had a last minute issue arise with car problems & he was super understanding with our situation & even attempted to help us find a local mechanic. We chose not to bring our pet this vacation. There was a house between us and the ocean, but you could see the ocean from this vacation home. It was peaceful to sit out on the balcony and enjoy our brunch. We really enjoyed our time here and found the vacation home clean and cozy for our family. We would be happy to stay here again sometime and plan on telling our friends about this place.

Perfect little vacation house

Well maintained and fully equipped property that is walking distance from the beach and pier! It was perfect and we enjoyed our stay! I can’t forget to mention the awesome balcony that was perfect for star gazing and relaxing while listening to the waves crash!

This is a nice property in a great location. Priced very well. Needs a few updates but very comfortable. Be sure to walk down to the 19th Street boardwalk over Davis Canal... stunning, especially at sunset. Easy walk to the beach access and pier.
