O espaço é arejado, ventilado, silencioso e completamente indevassável. A linda vista do mar e da montanha esta presente em todos ambientes. A casa possui três andares. No primeiro piso está localizado a sala de estar integrada ao deck da piscina e churrasqueira, a cozinha, sala de jantar e lavabo. No andar superior estão as três suítes e closets, varandas e ar-condicionado, sendo uma delas com banheira. A garagem coberta para 4 carros . Como a casa é localizada na parte alta do terreno é necessário subir várias escadas.
