Good but you get what you pay for

This place is decent. It’s a great price for the location, being right outside the subway station makes moving around Osaka super easy and affordable. However, the pictures make the property seem a little better than it is. The bedroom has 2 beds in it and little room for anything else. No closet space, as closets are marked “do not open”. The 3rd bed is in the living room right next to the futon and tv which is a little weird. Communication from the host is lacking, had to contact them to get the check in details, and when we contacted about the wifi not working we got no response. We were able to get the wifi working on our own. Great place to stay if you don’t plan on spending much time there and will be out exploring Osaka, and a very very good price overall.

立地、広さはとても良かったです

立地、広さはとても良かったです。 部屋は広く明るく、良い。 ですが玄関ドアの下の隙間がかなりあいているので、下から冷気が入ってきて寒く、真冬の極寒日にはエアコンが全然効かなかった。 宿泊費とは別に高額な清掃代を請求されているのにも関わらず、清掃がきちんとされておらずいたるところが埃だらけ。ベットやソファー（半分が陥没しててスプリングの飛び出た）の下には食べ物が落ちていて一緒に宿泊したワンコが見つけては食べ見つけては食べ…すごく嫌でした。 一番驚いたのは出たゴミを全て持ち帰る事。という張り紙。旅行者にとってゴミを全て持ち帰れというのは如何なものかと思います。ましてコロナ禍では持ち帰りで飲食する事が多くなります。車でない場合は旅行中そのそのゴミをずっと持って歩くわけですよね。 考えられない。
