This vacation home was designed and entirely decorated to offer you and your family an excellent stay!!
With 6 great bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, you will get all the space you need to have a comfortable time while on holiday.
There is a modern and open kitchen that is fully equipped, great for cooking some tasty homemade meals and share precious dinner or lunch all together!
What about having some fun in the two amazing game rooms? where there are tennis table, pool table, a TV and kids toys too! We are sure that your children will love it!

AFTER BOOKING:

Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.

Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.

Optional Extras:

Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, with a 3-days minimum. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.

The ACO Vacation Home team is available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Spring Break

Comfortable place to stay with a large group. Each couple was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom for privacy. Nice neighborhood with gas station and grocery store close by. Pool area was nice for relaxing. We would stay again.

Close to perfect stay

Don't know if the pool had a water heater, but we could find it. Otherwise I would return to this property. It's well kept clean, beautiful and very secure and safe.

Was able to book an extra day before and after from my original booking with no issue late minute. Fit 18 people comfortably and everybody was able to have parking. House was super clean and accessible to highways and food stores. Would definitely recommend

Large Family Stay

The house was spaced out perfect to keep the guests in line appropriately. Kids in one place, adults were able to relax in another. The pool heater worked great even though we had serious rain during our stay. Spacious kitchen and it had everything we needed to feed 12 mouths.

Perfect Large Family Gathering

We had 9 people for our stay, so the elderly grandparent and each couple had their own king size bedroom and bathroom. Everyone was very comfortable with the arrangements and we particularly enjoyed being able to all sit around one large table for meals and the double dishwashers made for easy clean up. Communication was excellent and timely with the management group throughout. Highly recommended. We may return with two more family members in the future.

Very nice, spacious, and great home.

The house was amazing for our spring break. The owners were great at responding fast and providing us with a great experience. There were a few broken things in the house when we arrived, but the owners were made aware beforehand and requested to fix it during our stay. I highly recommend that if you stay at this house to bring your own towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and beach towels. You do not want to leave a stain on any of the linens they provide. You will get charged for stained linens, but with that it still was an amazing house. I highly recommend it and would stay here again!

Amazing VRBO!

The house was great!! It is so nice and everyone loved that each room had its own bathroom with its own shower. The pool area is so pretty! We did bring our own floats. We also needed to get things like our own trash bags since we went through the ones provided, and a couple other household things. But I have always done that at any VRBO stay so it did not bother us at all! It was overall an amazing stay and would definitely recommend! We also did Disney World during our stay and it was not far from the parks at all! Communication with the ACO staff was also great and easy!

Everything perfect except for lack of towels.

The only issue we had with property was lack of sufficient towels for a stay of more than a week. There was one or two towels per person depending on room. That required constant laundry. There were also no towels or potholders in kitchen. For first few days we used hand towels from bathroom but eventually bought kitchen towels and potholders which we left behind for the next guests.

4th of July vacation

Our 3 day stay at the house was overall good. The check in process was easy but we had to wait for cleaning company to finish cleaning, which was after check in time. House was still dirty. floors and tables not clean and carpet were not vacuumed. Backyard doesn’t match pictures online and no ps4 in house like the description said. Overall we still had a good time but it wasn’t perfect

Great Location

The house is in a great location and close to everything you will need .It has two rooms to keep kids occupied . The beds are comfortable . It is close to Disney parks and shopping areas . The pool was really clean . The only thing negative is you don’t have privacy sitting in the living room . The doors leading to pool area in the living room doesn’t have curtains that cover it .So people can look in you villa all day and night. The actual pool looks as pictured but it doesnt have all the seating and cushions . There’s about 3 metal lounge chairs and no cushions. No wooden chairs and blue cushions like in the picture…I will be stayin here again. Very nice for the price

Ok, but could use some improvements.

Overall this place is okay. The patio furniture in the pictures is not what is there. We had problems with the internet and called 3 times, but it was never resolved. Items you would normally expect in a VRBO were very limited or unavailable. For example, only 1 trash bag, 1 dishwasher soap pod, bath soap was a joke, just a sliver of soap, 1 clothes washer pod, and no extra paper towels or rolls of TP.

Great place to stay, but beware of possible charges.

We really enjoyed staying at this home. The pool was a huge asset as was the many rooms. The kids could play and the adults could work if needed. However, the owner has a sign on the door saying that they expect normal wear and tear. We didn't pull the beds apart or unroll the towels to look for stains on our arrival, however, we thought we'd help out by doing laundry and remaking the beds when we left. (Don't bother) We ended up being charged for stains that were already on the linens and for a trash can that was cracked when we arrived but didn't report. The lesson is, if you stay here document and report everything even if you think it is normal wear and tear, or you may have a surprise charge when you check out.

Lovely house

The house was one of the best we have stayed in as far as rooms and layout. It accommodated our large group perfectly. However, none of the TVs worked, the kitchen utensils were full, the grill didn’t really work and we had to spend $30 for gas, only to use it one time and then have to leave it - based on their policy for usage. Additionally, we were charged for dirtying a towels. Who charges someone for that, especially when there weren’t any instructions or detergent to load the washer. No garbage bags and other items that are unrealistic for guests to have to purchase. Communication was good but I would just ask the host to think about the other aspects of accommadating guests, other than the home itself.
