Charming beach home nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in the premier community of Bethany West. This three bedroom, two and half bath home has an open floor plan and large yard and is a mixture of rustic and modern. The high ceilings and open loft give the home an airy feel. There are two bedrooms on the 1st floor and one bedroom and bath are located upstairs. The open loft leads to a sun deck with seating. Walk to community pool. (From door step to sand - 1.2 miles) No Smoking.

Community Info: Bethany West, located on the west side of Coastal Highway just off Garfield Parkway is a single home community with single and multilevel vacation homes. The outdoor community pool, fitness center, playground, pickle ball and tennis courts are available to renters by paying a $30 per person community fee. Fitness Center is open to all adults 18 years of age and older. No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the Fitness Center at any time. Amenities: Outdoor community pool, playground, access to Bethany trolley and tennis courts. Kayak Ramp located behind back pool

Nice neighborhood, great last minute rental

This worked well for our family and some extra friends. The teens had the bottom floor and my husband and I had the top floor. One thing that wasn’t clear to me is that you will get another contract and additional information from Wilgus, the property rental company. Re cleanliness: the property was generally clean - but one toilet seemed to have been missed and the utensil drawers could use a deep clean.

Great neighborhood and house!

We picked this house for location (within Bethany/close to downtown and beach) and services (trolley for $.25) plus amenities (pool - which we never used and residential parking passes - received 2/used one). All of these things were amazing, great options and/ or enjoyable enjoyable! Pros: spacious but cozy, clean, very functional, loads of outdoor space, amazing and friendly neighborhood. Cons: I wish the listing had been clearer that the garage was off limits (we had a fair amount of rain during arrival and departure), and the pillows were very flat. 4.75 ot of 5 stars - we'd definitely rent again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience. The kitchen had everything you could think of. the open kitchen,dining and family area is love. THe front porch and yard is the best. The sun is finished on the patch around 10-11. Wiligus quickly attended to our needs.

Updated Bethany West home

Home was as advertised and the updated decor was great. Internet was strong. Kindly suggest owner provide box fans as upstairs MBR and loft were too hot to be comfortable to sleep. Management team brought 2 box fans. Kitchen could use some new pots & pans and a dedicated place for renters’ own pantry foods. Wilgus was very responsive to needs. Would rent again! Thank you!
