Great location. Most everything we needed but could use some extra amenities like tissue, towels, condiments and coffee.

Jim, we provide towels (including extra towels), paper towels, toilet paper, salt & pepper, etc. We do not provide coffee or condiments for hygiene and food safety reasons. We kindly ask that guests bring the coffee of their choice if they wish to use the drip coffee maker. Thank you!
We had a wonderful time staying at this penthouse unit. Having a two bedroom with a kitchen and separate living space was great when traveling with a toddler. It was a short walk to Millenium and Maggie Daley park. There were tons of food options and you can jump on any train you need within two blocks. The hosts were responsive and genuinely helpful, making everything smooth and easy. We’d happily stay here again. Five stars all the way!
We had a great visit to Chicago. The host was very responsive and the space was great! Walking distance to many great spots! We would definitely stay with them again!
Unit was great. Outdoor areas were unusable. Deck on 25th floor was closed and deck on 6th floor was open but needs lots of work. Pool was empty and dog run overgrown with weeds. Would stay again, but just for location.
This apartment was in a perfect location for us as we stayed in the Loop. Above one of our favorite restaurants (Elephant & Castle), 2 blocks from the Red Line (Lake), 2 blocks from the beginning of Millenium Park, and more. Great spot, great views of some of the coolest buildings in the downtown area, and in very well-kept condition. We very much enjoyed our stay, and we'll be looking at this spot again for our next trip.
Fantastic 2 Bedroom, right next to the Chicago Theater
Beautiful condo, very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend! You still hear the trains and traffic even on the penthouse floor, but white noise machines and earplugs were kindly available (We slept great without them!)

Somewhat misleading
Apartment unit very clean, however outdated and the beds were uncomfortable. The building premises did not look good, the elevator smelled very bad as well as the hallway floors.
The location was perfect. We walked to most places and only took the car to the Museum of Science and Industry. The condo was just as it was advertised. A couple of comments: water dripped in main bathroom sink and the drains in both bathroom were slow.
This apartment is in downtown Chicago. It is within walking distance of the Bean and the magnificent mile. There is so much to do in this area and plenty of great restaurants. The apartment was really clean and beautiful. The views from the apartment are wonderful. I had a great experience here and would recommend this rental for anyone wanting a great downtown Chicago rental.
Nice space and great location. Apartment needs Kleenex, conditioner and enough blankets for all beds. Kitchen towels would be nice. Also, I’ve never stayed somewhere that had no coffee - I’m sorry, but I think if you have the pot, mugs etc, there should be coffee.

Hi Margaret! We provide kitchen towels and blankets for all beds (including extra blankets which are placed in a zippered bag in the master bedroom closet). So sorry if something was missing! In the future, please reach out to us and we would have been happy to bring you these items during your stay.
This apartment was a very convenient place to stay for our 3 day conference. Short walk to the "L" and good shops for coffee and necessities close by. The apartment was very clean and had a great view, however one bedroom tended to be overly warm and the other overly cool. We did not find space heaters in the closet until it was time to leave. The portable AC in the master helped.

Great location, disappointing cleanliness.
The location of the condo was great — close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly, which we appreciated. However, the condo itself didn’t quite match the photos in the listing. It felt more dated and worn in person, and there were a few areas that weren’t as clean as we expected — especially the bathroom and kitchen. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not as tidy or well-maintained as advertised.Overall, we made the best of our stay and really did enjoy the area, but we would have appreciated a more accurate listing and a higher standard of cleanliness.
Nice location - we were able to walk to so many places. The room was spotless. Two bedrooms and baths on separate sides on the apartment. The building had one elevator working - and one day it stuck. It was up and running 20 minutes later. The balcony and hot tub in shared space was not functioning - but we did not need.
We really loved staying at this apartment offered by Staywell. We loved that it was downtown and within walking distance to so many great activities, restaurants, and parks. We had a rental car that we were able to park through spot hero a couple of blocks away. We ended up taking Lyfts anywhere that was too far to walk and disnt use our car again until we left to go home. The apartment was clean, and the small kitchen was really nice for eating breakfast and making coffee in the morning. The views from the rooftop were great (it wasn’t warm enough for the pool to be open in April). We’ll definitely consider Staywell properties when we make it back to Chicago in the future!
The apartment was all that was listed but the air conditioning went out in the building. It was unfortunate but the fact that we were in a penthouse apartment made the stay uncomfortable especially since we weren’t able to open windows. Todd stepped in and found another accommodation that fit our needs. Thankfully it was in a great location and we enjoyed our stay! Todd was easy to communicate with and handled the situation professionally. He made our stay very enjoyable.
