Nestled at the foot of Hanging Rock. Enjoy five acres of green pasture & bush, featuring curious kangaroos and kookaburras. A spacious lodge with five bedrooms, sleeping 10 people, with views of magnificent bush and Mount Macedon. Family Easter holiday

Our family had a wonderful time the large area of land was so good for our 4-year-old granddaughter to play in. As well as our teenage grandson and our adult children to play with the kids. And to be able to explore Hanging Rock. Would go back again.

Large well-equipped house in beautiful location.

This was a great place to stay for our extended family of 8. The house was large, warm and well-equipped with extensive grounds and was in a beautiful location at the base of Hanging Rock. We loved watching all the birds and the kangaroos. It was a great base from which to explore the surrounding towns of Woodend, Lancefield, Macedon and Kineton and of course we climbed the Rock. There are some great restaurants in the area and we particularly enjoyed the Cleveland Winery in Lancefield.

Perfect location and homely

A relaxing weekend with friends!

Our stay was fantastic. The house was warm, clean and very comfortable for our stay. Having many places to sit in and outside the house allowed us make use of the entire house. Our favourite was the dining table that seated us all comfortably for our dinners. The view of the backyard was picturesque with all the kangaroos and their joeys grazing each night. Thank you for a wonderful experience in your home.

Relaxing and serene

The property suited our purposes perfectly. The house was presented warm and welcoming. Plenty of room for our group to spread out indoors and a beautiful open bush setting outdoors for all to enjoy. Less than 10 minutes to Woodend. I would definitely recommend this place.
