Very clean and well presented property. Large bathroom and spacious bedrooms. Property would benefit from a downstairs toilet as the stairs are quite steep so for less able visitors may be an impediment. Very enjoyable stay.
This accommodation is so full of character and extremely comfortable. We booked for a craft retreat for four people. Perfect place and location for group events. The bed configuration was perfect for the single travellers. The Tap House was well equipped with the day to day items. There is a very popular courtyard out the back which serves coffee - definitely an added bonus. Thank you to our hosts for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend 😊
Nice property but lacked air conditioning bed extremely hard
Beautifully styled, host communicated well. Sadly it lacked air conditioning, block out blinds, outdoor seating access and the master bed was extremely firm. If these things are not important to you it’s definitely worth a stay…in the cooler months.

Hi Tilly, thanks for the feedback! Air conditioning is difficult due to the age and historic nature of the building. Fortunately, we don't have overly hot summers in Kyneton. Thanks for the feedback regarding the mattress, I have just ordered a new one!
